Chimi's Fresh-Mex — Restaurant in Chesterfield

I placed an order on July 21st through Doordash for bean nachos, cheese dip, lettuce, and sour cream. I received beef nachos, no lettuce, and no sour cream.

So I requested a refund and then replaced the order through Doordash again for the second time on July 21st, about 10min after I received the incorrect order. I placed the second order for the same thing: bean nachos, cheese dip, lettuce, and sour cream and again you sent me beef nachos.

I called and you said you would give me free nachos if I came and picked them up. Obviously if I'm placing a delivery order I can't come pick them up.

Today, July 26th, I placed an order through Grubhub for bean nachos, cheese dip, lettuce, and sour cream and again you sent me beef nachos!!

I called again and you again tell me that you will give me free nachos but I have to come pick them up.

3 incorrect orders within one week through 2 different delivery providers is unacceptable. And your solution of having me come pick them up is not an acceptable resolution either.

I highly do NOT recommend this restaurant and will not place an order...

I've been to a different chimi's that was really good but this one let me down. First, the server completely forgot about us for about 20 minutes as we watched him roll silverware while we waited to order. Once we did order, the food came fast to his credit, but the sides tasted off. I got a steak fajita taco salad. The pico de gallo and guacamole were inedible which was extra disappointing because I love guacamole. They tasted like they used a bad onion and old garlic. The shell was stale. The steak and peppers were quite good to be fair. My friend said her refried beans tasted wrong too. All in all, the entire meal wasn't a loss because I did eat the parts that were good, but I would not go back and do not recommend this...

Waiting for over an hour to pick up my carry out order I was told would be ready in 15min. Even after asking about my order, twice,...I'm still sitting here waiting. I understand that you are busy but your carry out customers are just as important as your sitting customers. And I've stood here and watched them be sat, served and in some cases paid and gone. Come on guys!! Your food is awesome and so is the presentation. Take care of us!!

Okay,...so I just got home with our dinner and it's slightly above cold. How long was it sitting on the end of the bar before anyone noticed?? I love your restaurant but I'm terribly...
