Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Chesterfield

I visited the chesterfield Indiana diary queen about a half hour ago and went thru the drive thru. They were pretty busy so I’m understanding to a point but my order was messed up in several ways. I ordered onion rings and got fries. I had a coupon for a BOGO blizzard that the cashier didn’t take off so I asked for the coupon back and was told “I can’t it’s in my drawer already sorry” , they could not refund it either, they forgot my drink and I was given two blizzards that were literally overflowing melting all over with no napkins and they did not turn it upside down or they would have realized that. I usually don’t complain but wanted to let management know what a terrible experience this was to hopefully train their staff again or at least the woman...

I ordered my food at the drive through which I have done at the same place many times before and the person taking the order messed my order up. I drive clear home (this is my mistake for not verifying that they actually did their job and put the correct food in my bag) and realized they had part of my order wrong. When I go back to get the correct order they tried to charge me more for something I originally ordered. When I talk to the person that took my order she lied and said (that’s what I ordered). When I talked to the manager the took her word for it so I guess they don’t put the customer first at chesterfield Dairy Queen!!! I’ll never go back to that place! I used to go here every single day when I wasn't working from home I still slide through about once a week I love this place I miss some of the old workers though for sure it was nice not having to even say what I wanted they just knew with these young ones will learn soon it's still a wonderful place the only thing I'm disappointed about is that they no longer having the cakefections I guess this year they're not going to be having the cake which is the real bummer cuz that was their best seller and they took the turkey club I mean he wants to go there for only Burgers and Fries but they have no control over that that's corporate but besides that this place gives the...
