Subway — Restaurant in Chesterfield

Subway is offering a 12"bogo on the app only. Some of us are either having trouble with the app or technology challenged and could not get it to work properly. The young blonde girl that acts nice and bubbly(which is just a show) was very rude and wouldn't help us figure out the app. She said her Manager told her if customers didn't do it on the app, that she wasn't allowed to give the discount and would not offer help and could care less that we was walking out the door!! Needless to say, we WON'T BE BACK!!! This location also has measuring scoops and puts the very least amount of meat on the sandwiches they can get away with that you can't order anything but Flatbread or you'll just get a bread sandwich with very little meat unless you load it with vegetables and I'm NOT trying to go vegan!!! This establishment is the very worst subway I've EVER been to and Subway should take their franchise name from them before they ruin the Subway name!!! There are way too many sub places to choose from these days rather than go in this place and get ripped off or be treated rudely by the young fake bubbly blonde girl!!! Hopefully Subway Corporate Office sees this or gets my phone call to them and does something about this place that is NOT what Subway should be!!!! Stopped here with my sons for lunch. When we walked in there was 1 other customer that was paying. The middle-aged woman taking our order had such a bad attitude. She leaned on the counter and rested her head on her hand and then made a loud sigh everytime 1 of us stated what kind of sandwich, bread, etc. It was bad enough that in the middle of 1 sandwich being made and 1 being ordered we left. Ordered sandwich at drive through. Line so waited , drive-through. Got to window , waited more. Girl brought sandwich and looked at me. Looked at screen , said you ordered turkey bacon, I said no. Ordered subway club. She said you didn't order turkey bacon with everything. I said no.... she walks off. I had sandwich in car wondering What? Finally she comes back with another lady. We don't have subway club, not for 2 months. Its turkey bacon now. Then why didn't they tell me thus when ordered. Then I had to wait for refund. Subway lost me.
