I normally donāt even make reviews and Iām only giving them one star because my kitchen set is in one piece and undamaged...But honestly this was a horrible experience purchasing from them. We bought a very pricey table cash the same day but had to special order it. We then was informed that it would take 2 weeks to get our table, 2 weeks and 3 days pass we still dont have our table and no word from anyone(but we did get a card in the mail saying that they hope we enjoy our furniture and thanking us for our business. We then called, asked why we havenāt received it yet and was then told they were very sorry and that their website had not been updated recently and that table was in back order and out of stock.... so we get a new date to expect it and was told for the inconvenience That they would have it delivered for free... mind you we live no more then 5 mins away from the store so it wasnāt that big of a deal. Wednesday the 17th we were supposed to get our table, 3pm Rolls around and I still havenāt heard anything so I call the store... they tell me there was a mix up and we wasnāt on the schedule for delivery at all but they had our table. I said okay whatever Iām not worried about it and that Iād be there tomorrow to get it. They return my call not even 5 minutes later explaining they found our paperwork, apologizing again for the mix up and that they will deliver the table tomorrow between 10-11am. I call the store this morning at 10am exactly(the day our table is to be delivered) and the women I spoke with told me that they actually just took our paperwork back and are about to bring it now. TWO HOURS LATER itās now just after noon and I get a phone call asking if itās okay if they head my way now.... the customer service was very nice but their lack of communication and organization isnāt worth the headache. Iād rather buy directly from Ashley furniture aside from dealing with this again! Itās upsetting because we just purchased our Daleville house last year and still have a lot of furniture to purchase so now we have to hunt for another local...

The owner doesn't know the difference between "Special Order" and simply "Out Of Stock". My mom ordered a sectional from a computer image at the store. While the item was being delivered & promptly after the delivery team left, she attempted to reach out to the store & let them know she was unhappy with her purchase and wanted to exchange it for another sofa. After management drug it out the entire weekend, vasilating between letting her exchange it, to saying she could only exchange it for the next size up ( which had 1 more seat & cost over $300 more), they finally CAME UP WITH......š„ ROLL... Her sofa was "Special Order"! š¤ Last I checked, when I worked at Kittle's & placed 1 of my own, a "Special Order" entailed a customer working with their sales person to order a piece/pieces of furniture specifically made in colors/fabrics using swatches they picked & waiting for the furniture to be made? š¤ My mom ordered an "Out Of Stock" item and the owner says that's the reason for him not doing an exchange, refund, anything to make her happy. My mom asked them to please come back on Fri and pick it up, they asked when she was available on Sat, to which she was available ANY TIME THEY SAID....Only to get NOTHING from them & lame excuses. I couldn't let his response go below without the ENTIRE story being told. My mom's friend bought furniture from them, & I was in the market, so my mom THOUGHT they were awesome, key word is "THOUGHT". See the review under mine is EXACTLY how they do business. More lies & excuses than a bad used car...

Blake was very pleasant with greeting us and providing information on what exactly we were looking for. We also ran into Cody, the store manager who was phenomenal š i truly believe this place thrives because of people like him. Very pleasant, very patient, and very informative. Cody assured my family that he would take care of us. He guided us along the entire process, never pushed us into purchasing anything. We finally landed on a few items and Cody absolutely delivered on his word by taking care of us. As a man, my word is everything. Cody doesnt just talk the talk like the everyday salesman, he actually delivers. I hope management at a higher level than Cody sees this review and knows exactly what im saying and what I've experienced. Good work and good people are hard to come by. This guys got it! Thank you Cody, dont change you're awesome and you deserve to hear that. Your exceptional leadership skills doesn't...
