This is the one Starbucks that just doesnāt know how to take the order properly and perform. I literally come here every day and I get the same drink and I practically beg to get extra extra extra caramel on top and on bottom I have to say it like that every other Starbucks, I just say can I get the cup line with caramel and thereās caramel actually lined on the cup and some of the bottom in case I want a little Sweet swish of caramel when Iām enjoying my ice latte/macchiato . I have to plead and beg to get any caramel. I donāt understand. Iāve talked to the manager. Iāve talked almost every one of them. The woman making them must not like Caramel and she is making them how she likes it. I am beyond frustrated with this place. This is the only Starbucks that does this. I go to every Starbucks in Indianapolis as I work over the road. Iām really upset about it and finally want them to know. Maybe the manager will read this and inform them when somebody asked for extra extra caramel drizzle on top and on bottom do that donāt just apply enough caramel to make it visible because at that point the caramel Youāre not going to taste your caramel and youāre definitely not going to get to eat any as it appears to be only for aesthetics and by the time the drinks halfway it Melts into the beverage, but itās still not enough to even taste. We were greeted and asked what we would like. We informed the woman that we had a mobile order. She responded with an unfriendly attitude saying "well it looks like we just got that so it's going to take a few minutes. So i dont know if you want to pull thru and wait or pull up to the window".
