Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chestnuthill Township

We walked into the Dunkin and the first thing we hear is music blasting. Like blasting enough that I could barely hear the person next to me. Then as we are deciding what we want another costumer behind us warns us that they are not taking orders at the counter you have to use kiosk off to the side. There was no sign of this and staff completely ignoring anyone standing there never telling us we had the use the kiosk. Upon use of the kiosk it was very confusing and items on that menu does not line up with the menu on the board behind the counter. So we order our food and get everything except an ordered donut. Upon standing there for 5 ish minutes we finally bring someones attention to us upon again being ignored. The lady who helped us went back to get the bakery section only then we’re we told that the item we ordered was out of stock. So no one informed us earlier and just ignored our order. Overall it was a very negative experience and I will personally not be going to this...

Continuously give this location a chance over and over. Bunch of kids who absolutely don’t care about anything. Walk in and the “manager” is sitting down on his phone. Made a mobile order to find out they were out of certain ingredients, fine. Asked for a replacement, fine. Couldn’t get the food we wanted and then asked for a refund. No one is worried about customers in the store they only are worried about what’s going on at the drive thru. It’s dirty and employees are walking around making balloons out of rubber gloves. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the one in effort!! Also, considering my husband and I didn’t get the drinks we wanted and had to get something completely different they probably should’ve been free. When asked for an entire refund was told to give my drinks back. Could’ve let me have them since we had already started drinking them because our food wasn’t ready. No apology or understanding AT ALL. Teach your child employees better...

Just went there today. Drive thru was busy so I get ny 4 year old out of her car seat in the rain to go inside. Waited no one waited on me or even say we will be with you. So I played my donut order on kiosk. The girl 5 mins later asked if I had an order I said yes. She printed the labels and just stuck them to the screen. Then a guy walks in for a coffee. I said it is not faster to come in im here for a little while. A guy comes from the back said we are short staffed. I totally get being short staffed. Then he comes out waits on the guy who just walked in. When he was finishing I asked is someone working on my order. To which the guy got rude we are just 3 of us. I said I understand but I also understand I have been standing here almost 20 mins and you come out and just wait on the guy. If you are not staffed to have both drive thru open and inside. Put a sign on the door that only mobile orders will be inside and all others need to go to...
