I decided to give this particular Domino's 6 to7 months before I ordered from them again and leave a review.
I've ordered from the 3 times since and I would like to say that they are a 5 but I will have to take into consideration that it has not yet been a year only 7 months since I've last ordered from them at this location.
I might have gotten a lucky streak.
They were good the first 2 and a 1/2 years I was here then they started to slip & eventually was a failng to keep at lest me as a customer. It's nice to see the store turning around which is no easy task when the kitchen starts to fail.

Order from a different Domino's, I know I am.
I was disrespected, experience poor service & nearly ZERO quality or accountability in an hours worth of time from one store in my entire life.
I guarantee you the GM, that had the reasoning that training a new delivery driver is an acceptable EXCOUSE at the lack of quality let aloan services, did not talk to me IN PRIVATE over the phone call but in front of all his fabulous employees that he is responsible for..
Instead of taking accountability they made me look like the bad guy. The "customer" who wants to order is the "bad guy" according to this store.
I hope the general manager looks like a big guy in front of his employees cause he looks like a small fry in front of the customers.

Read moreI placed an order redeeming a coupon for a free medium 2 topping pizza. I also ordered a garlic dipping cup and a philly steak loaded tot. Before submitting the order I called the store ahead of time to request a gluten free crust substitution as I have celiac disease and can't eat wheat. I explained to the associate in detail what I was ordering, my name and address so there wouldn't be any mix ups. My order was then delivered to the wrong address and late by an hour. I called the store to have this issue resolved. The driver took some time but was able to deliver the food to my house only for me to discover the crust had not been substituted for a gluten free one. I am fully aware the gluten free crust is a small. I've have for years ordered from this location, making this request and it's been honored. I called the store back to explain the pizza was wrong. When I asked for a manager I was on hold for a few minutes. Once she picked up I explained to her my substitution request and she snapped at me telling me they can't and wont' do that. I called her a liar as I've done this multiple times over many years.
All of this could have been avoided if dominos offered gluten free crust as an option for a pizza redemption and if the manager wasn't rude towards her customers.
