I always order my coffee through the app no matter where I'm at Colorado Wyoming Texas California Florida in Cheyenne I've ordered through the app many times I've also experienced my order being sent to another store example I ordered for the windmill location while waiting in the car at the post office Starbucks decided that I was closer to 21st and Central this was the post office on Dell Range well I wasn't going to drive all the way over to 21st and Central I called them to let them know that I was not going to be able to pick up the coffees so they told me they could not refund my account or give me back any of the Stars my only option was to call the corporate office over $16 and the 25 bonus stars that I was going to earn I could drive to Central and 21st and they would take care of my coffee. Long story long a few days later I went to 21st and Central I was not going to place the exact same order that I had the first time. They did not ring up the order so I could scan my app and I did not receive my stars I also ordered a breakfast sandwich and my total would have been equivalent to the original order on windmill they should have paid for the breakfast sandwich one because it was part of a promotion and and my first order total was more than the second order including the breakfast sandwich. No apology Mass confusion and also they told me this happens all the time? Only in...
Read moreUnfortunately we have seen issues and had an issue with an employee that works here. This morning she was taking orders and while we were in line waiting she was bragging about their strike and that they are striking (which fine whatever) but it was very loud and rude. When I went up to order I asked for drip coffee, she right away said she can only do pour over or an Americano, in my lack of caffeinated state I ask just a blonde roast and if there was any drip coffee and she came off more rude and repeated herself, feeling humiliated I walked out. Unfortunately this is the straw that broke the camel’s back and we won’t be going to another Starbucks in the near future. I have been a gold card holder for a very long time and there are some star employees at this location but this employee is very rude to many customers and constantly making terrible drinks and gaslights customers when they...
Read moreI’m just passing through Wyoming and have found mask wearing to be pretty hit or miss, especially in grocery stores or other indoor places.. which is kind of unnerving. But! I had a sigh of relief when I entered this Starbucks! I know masks are mandatory at all Starbucks locations, but the barista at this one politely asked a customer to adjust his mask to cover his nose while he was waiting in line. It was amazing haha. The customer immediately adjusted it and all was well - no offense taken, just a general understanding that this was the policy/right thing to do.
This was incredibly inspiring to me! Kudos to this location and this barista for encouraging better mask wearing with such intention and kindness! The entire staff was super friendly and this experience in general was the pick me up i needed on a gloomy morning during a long road trip!...
