I literally never do these but hear me out. My fiance and I are on her lunch and we only get a certain amount of time to get her food. Go through the drive thru, slightly wait (wasnt too busy) order my meal and then order my lady her 2 cheeseburgers, plain, with Big Mac sauce. Get to the window, buy our food and head back to her work quickly so we can eat. Get back and her food has everything on it that she didn't want and looked like it saw the popular "Mike Tyson Uppercut" borderline pulverized. She's pretty upset cause its the only thing she's eaten since yesterday night. I call them, I talk to Crystal (she was nice on the phone :) ) she says "tell them my name and they will fix it for you" I'm like "cool thanks ill be by in alittle bit to get them. I go there maybe 2 hours later and the lines, of course, packed. So I wait patiently cause hey, my lady hasn't eaten anything and ill get her what she wants hot. After waiting 15 minutes I get up to the screen, I politely turn my little pickup off cause its pretty loud and I know how it is trying to talk much less have a conversation over it. After I wait for her to ask how she can "assist" me, I say "Hi, I talked to Crystal earlier about my messed up ord-" the next thing to come out of this bish's mouth is "IM SORRY, Can YOU repeat what you just said I didnt understand anything you said." (I literally can't put into detail the condescending attitude I received in that sentence) but, I pause, and say as clearly as I can: "I talked to Crystal and she said that yall can fix the order that yall messed up?" Her: Yes, I can. What can we get you?" With a high concentration of condescending attitude. (I tell her the messed up order) "we'll get right on that" with her attitude still. Everything else was fine and the sandwiches were okay. Id give it a 1 star personally but my lady is satisfied so...
Read moreWent through drive thru for a quick McMuffin meal before work. I had been craving it for weeks. The lady taking my order had an attitude and was obviously not paying attention to her job because she would consistently go quiet and then ask me to repeat what I said and even add random stuff to my order. I know they no longer have lattes so I did what I always do and ask for something like a hot vanilla latte. It's McDonald's and nothing is fancy so I was not expecting that just something with the same concept. She would only tell me they didn't have one. I asked for a vanilla hot coffee then with a little milk. She asked if I wanted cream and sugar and I told her no just vanilla flavor and a little milk. She disregarded everything I said and just put vanilla flavor with cream and sugar. Went to pick it up and of course not only did they order the drink wrong but messed up the wrong drink anyways. Small coffee instead of large, no sugar, one cream, and no flavoring at all added. Next time I will probably just ask for an iced vanilla coffee hot so they can maybe do their jobs accurately. I hate complaining but for crying out loud it's really not that hard. (I know because I used to work McDonald's) Shout out to the morning lady in the first drive thru window taking money. She is always amazing at her job and I makes the service ten times better. Thank you for...
Read moreSo, I work nightshift at the hospital. I've Doordashed from this specific McDonalds many times. Tonight, after ordering a meal, two hot n spicy's, two milkshakes (one in the meal), and an apple pie, I received only the meal (excluding the shake), and nothing else. I called the store, and spoke to a young man, who informed me "Here's the thing, the Doordasher was supposed to tell you that we don't make milkshakes after midnight. Also, pie would have been a 16 minute wait. So, you'll need to call Doordash and have them refund you for those items." I stated I didn't know that, as it hadn't been passed to me, and I had been charged anyway for things they weren't making. (Take them off your list if they aren't available, or say you are out of that item when I attempt to purchase it). He proceeded to wish me a goodnight, as I was still speaking, and hung up on me. I have ordered from McDonald's quite often, usually late at night since they are one of the very few places open during my nights off, and I have never heard of milkshakes not being made after midnight. And I dont think the wait time matters, specifically for the pie, when I have ordered and paid for something. I know Doordarsh and McDonald's are different, and I am not blaming them in any way for the Doordasher failing to pass that on to me, but still. Either way, complete foul up, and rather...
