MrJims.Pizza — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Ordered a deluxe pepperoni for pick up. Got it home and they drizzled the whole thing in hot sauce by mistake! Called to tell them we were bringing it back and the first person hung up on me before even talking to me. I could hear her laughing and talking to someone else before I was disconnected. I called back and this time she actually answered. I told her that she hung up on me the first time and said we were returning the pizza for a refund. She said, “No, we’ll evaluate the situation when you get here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Update: After posting this review I received an email and phone call from Mike in Denver, asking for more information about my poor experience. He informed me on May 15 that the issues were being addressed and said that in the next 24 hours I would be receiving an email with two offers for complimentary pizzas. On May 17 I contacted him and said that I had not received anything. No response. I emailed again on May 18 and told him not to bother. It’s obvious that Mr. Jim’s doesn’t value customer service. My initial experience was bad enough, but to call the customer and say that you want to make things right, and then do nothing about it, is unconscionable! I will never patronize this business again!...

I came across this place while browsing for food places in Cheyenne, Wyoming a few months ago. The website pictures and descriptions along with the review made me really want to try it out. Well I finally had an opportunity to try it out and I was definitely not disappointed! Everyone working there was very friendly and willing to offer suggestions and gave me plenty of time to review the menu without seeming frustrated or impatient. I finally decided on the Meat Eaters pizza with the Hand Stretched crust. It only took about fifteen minutes for my pizza to come out and it was amazing! Definitely has that home made flavor to it. The outside of the crust had a nice little thin crunchy layer to it and then it was nice and soft the rest of the way through. The sauce has a really great full flavor to it without being overwhelming and there was the perfect balance of meat in there so it wasn’t overwhelming. I am picky when it comes to pizza and this hit the spot for me. I’ll definitely be coming here again the next time in town. Management/Owners feel free to open one up in northern Colorado. Wasted $50 worth of a meal a lot of was chicken wings. The drivers left the meal by a storage door on the concrete driveway. No notice was given to her house the driver completely ignored the front door in the patio that has a table and Furniture which would have been more adequate to leave the food. When we waited and waited then realize that delivery was taking too long we began to call what company I wish time a family member notice the pizza is laying on the driveway. We have no idea to how long this was sitting there ants had already gotten into it. The manager did not want to refund any money and felt that the food was still adequate enough to eat obviously no concern of food poisoning from chicken laying outside in the sun nor any issues of ants in the food. Very poor management cannot believe delivery person would not make sure food was actually at the right house. Storage side of house looking more like a rental has no address on it. The address is by the front door with the patio that is furnished. Only offer management made is a coupon for a free pizza unaware if the ants...
