Panera Bread — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Oh my! My momma said, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all...Well I've been on the road for the last month only to return to my favorite Panera and run straight into O'Ryan (a little young man with a big pony tail and worse attitude)... Panera must have been desperate for help...not good help mind you, but a cold body. Ordered our 2 iced coffee, 1 with Almond Milk, due to dangerous allergy and 1 with extra Carmel (we are Coffee Club members, so 2 separate orders) and used the Curbside (10 mins went by, another 10 and we called, O'attitude answered and said he would bring the order right out...delivers in a hot cup, a cold coffee, no ice, no cold cup, no straw only 1 order...when I inquired about the ice, he says that is how "Iced Coffee" is made asked about the Carmel (since it was my wives order on the receipt...none in the cup...my wife had to go into the store make the correct orders and 30 minutes later we are down the road...by the way O'Ryan did bring the 2nd cup with Almond Milk (but it wasn't Almond Milk) and he was not truthful about when asked...Panera is going to loose more business with this young man than it will by keeping him in a customer...

I ate there yesterday and today for lunch. VERY GOOD. Both days I had the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. Sooo yummy! Bacon was crispy but not over doen, turkey was juicy and real.. not cold cuts. Fresh vegies and bread is made in house! Comes with a spear pickle too! (not sour, more of a garlic flavor). I had the Agave Lemonade Slush yesterday. Today I got a healthy Peach Blueberry Smoothie. Both were flavorful and stayed cold for a long time. I ordered a Triple Chocolate Walnut Cookie and OMGOSH! SO good! Crispy on the outside but warm and chewy inside. It was like a cookie shaped brownie. I'm addicted! It took about 15 minutes to get through the drive thru from the end of the drive thru lane to the window. The attendant ANNA was super sweet. Made sure we had everything before driving away. If you don't like lines they have an app the you can order your food and come just grab your food and go! I have not been inside but I heard it has a warm cozy feel and lit nicely. I would eat here everyday. Obviously I recommend it to you too! PS my husband loves the bacon mac and also the steak arugula sandwich. KEEP UP...

This place makes me angry! So expensive for tea party sized sandwiches. Not to mention they had a not so “grand” opening rewarding people with plastic cups and cards telling you to sign up for their app. Like sis I would rather get free food than some plastic cup that I waited over 6 hours in your parking lot for. I’m not sure why everything is so unreasonably expensive. The only plus is that they have a pretty bomb green smoothie but that still doesn’t make up for the fact that they need to step their game up. The building itself is pretty good looking inside but I just can’t handle that a half of a sandwich and 2 teaspoons of Mac and cheese along with a bag of flavorless greasy chips an apple or a ration of bread is priced at 10$. Pls fix ASAP. I also want free food for a year to compensate for the 6 hours I spent in a car with 3 other people in the parking lot. And for inconvenience. Pls contact me to award me with the free food anytime. Also the 3 other people in the car need compensation as well. I know we aren’t asking for much but it’s the least...
