Hey, if you love Chick-fil-A then you'll love this place. It's a little busy because it's very popular, but the food is great and the service is off the charts. Let me give you an example of their service. I was with a group of middle school students and they wanted to go to Chick-fil-A for lunch. As we pulled up to the restaurant, we noticed the parking lot was completely full and the drive thru line was backed up all the way out of the parking lot. We were undeterred and we had our bus driver park in a larger parking lot of a neighboring business across the street. We got out and made our way over to the restaurant until we noticed the signs on the windows indicating that in person dining was not allowed. We walked away dissapointed. We weren't upset that we couldn't dine in, but that we wouldn't get Chick-fil-A for lunch; can't take a bus through a drive thru. As we were nearing the bus, I heard someone from behind yelling so I turned around and noticed a young Chick-fil-A employee running toward us. She had run through the their parking lot around cars and through landscaping. When she caught up to us she asked if we wanted to return and place an order. We wouldn't be allowed to dine in, but she said she would get her manager to help us out. We returned to the restaurant and she along with the manager took each of our orders. When the food was ready she even offered to help take it to the bus for us. What other restaurant or business has that kind of service?? No one else does! Just incredible! I wasn’t very impressed with the speed of things, with the dinning room being closed I figured it would be quicker. I must have barely missed having the team members doing face to face ordering in the drive though, I believe they were pulled to early as the line was taking a while, after getting to the ordering station I waited for a greeting and then I finally had to say something just for me to get rude gesture back “just a moment” the lady that took my order wasn’t very friendly, when I got to the window it was clear why the line was taking so long. The window lady was extremely slow and I believe a manager or lead was trying to change out registers in the middle of the rush. I finally got my food and drink and drove 4 mins home. Opening the bag I was extremely frustrated to find my waffle fries weren’t full(shared a photo, in the photo section), my sandwich box looked like it got soaked in oil and thrown around a few times, and my cookie was rock hard, the fries weren’t even fresh. Soggy and cold, the sandwich was good, looked like it was sitting in the warmer awhile, I’ve had better; I did get my sauces and everything asked for but not in the quality it should have been. Read moreIf you're a Chick Fil A fan, this location will disappoint you. Just don't expect fresh food or fast service if you choose to go here. This is honestly the worst Chick Fil A ever. The entire staff except one person at the register ignored us, even for a refill. At least 4 employees at the front of the house literally stared at a wall rather than help customers or do anything productive while we stood in line for 10 minutes. The chicken all came out super cold and dry. They left way too much food under the heat lamp for the level of business resulting in gross cold chicken. I'd estimate it was under that heat lamp for hours, but they didn't even label the packages with a time stamp it was made. Lucky enough the bathroom was super fresh and clean or it would have gotten 1 star. Hopefully they'll renew their employees training to prioritize getting customers thru the line fast, to use the chick fil a greetings, and to serve only with hot fresh food.. basically just needs to be like every other chick fil a I've been to thru the USA that loves and treats their customers like family. I hope chick fil a corporate reads this and does something.. I'm a fan of this company but this locations actions do not represent chick fil a in a positive way at all whatsoever.
