Edit: Nov 2019 - gave the store another chance and what a world of difference. Food seems to be kept in great supply during busy times and it comes out hot and fresh. Had been asked if I could wait for five minutes and as I parked, food was being brought right out. Looks like they've gotten the message - review changed to 4 of 5 stars.
Original review: Terrible service here. There is a clearly a management problem in this store - they either don't have hire enough employees or they don't cook enough food. After a few previous visits were like this, I thought enough time may have passed and things have improved over the last few months. Not the case. When an item we had ordered was not available and we were asked if we wanted to wait, we were told it was a wait time of 3 to 5 minutes. Okay, no big deal. But when the clock had us waiting 15 minutes, it became obvious they say whatever they need to to get you out of the drive thru. If you want Chinese food, hit up one of Cheyenne's other local places. Was told it would be 10-15 minutes and to pull around and park. 30 minutes later I call and ask them where my food is. I'm told it'll be another 10-15 minutes because they're behind. Well no duh... the entire parking lot is now full of cars waiting for their food after placing an order in the drive through. I count 12+ cars. This is insane! Stop taking orders and start processing them! I called again at 60 minutes... It took over an hour after placing my order in the drive through to finally get my order! Idk what the problem was, but if you guys are understaffed, ya'll need to pay people more because this is a surefire way to lose business. I won't be coming back for quite awhile. Fix yourselves! UPDATE: Got home and half of the order was incorrect.... also EVERYTHING was cold.... not room temperature like it sat for an hour... but cold like it was frozen and never even got hot. This is the second time my husband and I have gone to this location and we have experienced the same customer service and food options, however today (1-7-16) was the cherry on top. We witnessed how someone from the drive tru was forgotten, while waiting +25min for their food. We walked in order our meals and still the customer was waiting? This is the second time we have came to this specific location they are closing... 2 hrs before? I don't understand why? I used to work for a panda express in California and we where instructed to cut down on portion sizes 1hr before closing, however to always have popular items out and make half portions on entrées that are not in the warmer. Not only was this a disappointing experience but the food was horrible, the chicken was over cooked- hard to chew? Tasted stale. Horrible.
