My store experience was pretty good. But they didnât have the size jeans I need. The staff ordered me a pair and guessed on the size. (Iâm normally a 6 but these particular jeans go by waist) when I got home I looked at some other jeans in my closet and really donât think the right size was ordered. At that same time I got the email confirming my order. I immediately called customer service to change the size. She informed me I only have one hour to make changes. None of that was told to me in store and my call was no more than 5 minutes of receiving the email. I didnât understand how that can work and the girl didnât like me questioning âwhyâ and hung up on me!!! So all I can do is return these to the store when I get them. And Iâm back to square one because the store doesnât have any size close....

This particular store is my absolute favorite. I actually choose to drive an hour and a half to shop here, even though thereâs a location less than three minutes from my house. The selection is excellent, and the store layout is comfortableânot packed to the point where you canât breathe or move around.
The staff here are always amazing: helpful, supportive, and genuinely kind. I usually hate clothes shopping, but I always leave this store feeling good about myselfâthanks entirely to the wonderful...

Having ZERO EXCEPTIONS for medical exemptions is atrocious, condemnable, and disgusting. I couldnât help but notice an empty store..... it will be the last time I ever walk into a Mauricesâ youâve lost a decades-long customer over your ignorance and shameful policy. I happily took my clothing budget to your competitors today, and will continue doing so in the future....
