Arrived 10 minutes to 5pm, meeting 2 friends there at 5. While waiting for friends I used bathroom. When I returned to counter, no one else was in store front but me and 2 workers, they ask which bathroom I used. Confused I said Men's and then ask which one I was supposed to used. They said men's and the male employee went to clean it. The female employee was making a hand made sign with a black marker and on a 8 1/2 × 11 white paper. 1 sign said bathrooms closed and the other sign said dining room closed. I ask what the signs were for and she replied, " we close at 7pm and we don't want to have to clean them again". Wow. The signs were taped to yellow wet floor cones, placed in the center on the entry to the dining area. My friends showed up, Subway was good and all 3 of us sat at a high top table for 2 and ate. Read moreThie has been the THIRD_TIME that I have gone in and ordered a TWELVE_INCH black forest ham on italian herbs and cheese. Every sandwich maker of these three times was a new person. THEY INSIST on placing only 6 slices of ham on a 12 in bread. Each time they have argued with me about it. THEN this time of getting him to FINALLY place 12 slices of ham on it I said double the meat so he ONLY PLACES 6 SLICES ON THE DOUBLE MEAT. I argued and argued until you pathetic employee finally placed 6 more slices of ham on myu sandwich.
ONE MORE ISSUE WITH THE SAD EXCUSE AT SUBWAY. They BRAG on TV over and over about slicing their meats fresh. THE SLICES OF BLACK FOREST HAM ARE SOOOOOO THIN THAT THEY NEARLY FALL APART ONLY BARELY HOLDING TOGETHER A SLICE OF HAM. IF I WANTED A WINDOW MADE OF HAM I WOULD GO TO A WINDOW REPAIR SHOP.

I can rave all day about Maddie's amazing TOP NOTCH customer service and the amazing job she did creating our selected sandwiches! In this day and age you just don't get the customer service that I received today with Maddie! I'm not sure if she is a manager already (I wouldn't be surprised if so) but if she isn't, Subway would be very wise to ensure to keep this exceptional woman and make her a manager if she isn't already one! She is an amazing asset! The restaurant was clean and just good vibes as Maddie made sure to greet us with her beautiful smile and every other customer that came in after. Thank you Maddie for being the change this world needs and providing the great customer service...
