I was a little intimidated coming in. From the outside, the building looks like an apartment building or something, and once inside, still can't really tell that there is a restaurant inside. I looked a little lost inside, and a gentleman came and greeted me, asking me if he could help with anything. A bit clueless, I asked him whether there was a restaurant inside, and he smiled and told me yes. Then he directed me to the inner room, where I could hear people dining and where there was a hostess station.
Since I just walked in without a reservation, I knew I would have a wait, and I did. I came in at 1pm, hoping to miss the lunch crowd, and was told I would have a table at 1:45. The place was still bustling with people at 2:50 when I was done with my food, so if you don't like to wait, get a reservation ahead of time!
I browse by 5 floors of showrooms. Nothing overly huge (NOT Ikea), but very aesthetic. Quality pieces of furniture and design. The whole tour took around 30 minutes, and I had some 15 minutes to chill in one of their beautiful chairs before the hostess came to take me to the dining hall. I had hoped I would be seated under the glass dome, since that is the prettiest spot inside (all the Instagram worthiness), but I was seated a little off to the side.
My server was Rachel, who was absolutely amazing. She had a million dollar smile that just made the experience fun and pleasant despite being there alone.
I had an espresso over ice($4), which came in a smart shot glass, and the burger ($22), and a side salad ($9). Yes, seriously overpriced, but it's what you pay for amazing service and ambience. I knew what the prices were before walking in (I'm a yelp elite, after all), and figured I'd be paying for the gorgeous interior. I was right.
The food was good, but had it not been for the decor (and Rachel!) I would have been disappointed. It definitely doesn't merit the price for taste. It wasn't bad, mind you. But I've had definitely better burgers for under $20 and side salad with bigger portions for less than half of nine dollars.
RH burger - double patty was too salty. I think all day comes served medium with pink on the inside. It was a perfect medium. There was cheddar cheese on both sides of the patty - a big plus sometimes cheeseburgers only have one slice of cheese between two patties. The pickles were very thinly sliced and the onions finely chopped and spread on with the mayonnaise. They plated the burger with lettuce and a slice of tomato on the side. It was a pretty big, but interestingly dainty, burger. Unfortunately, they had no keto options on the bun, so I took the buns off and ate it like a steak. It worked out pretty well!
Side salad - very fresh, with a refreshing vinaigrette dressing. It was all greens plus a few pieces of fairy thinly sliced radishes.
Espresso over ice - I love that they gave it to me on a little shot glass rather than in a big glass. Unfortunately, they didn't have any heavy cream, but gave me some half-and-half instead. Oh, the woes of a keto journey.
Overall, a very nice experience. It will be a nice place to live visit with some girlfriends (more so than with Hubby, unless we will be...

I ventured into this establishment with great expectations, as its reputation seemed to promise a unique blend of taste, service, and ambiance. While my experience was certainly memorable, it was a tale of highs and lows, like a symphony that occasionally hit the wrong notes.
The water, though served with precision and care, lacked the refinement of being distilled to the ideal 14 degrees Celsius. A seemingly small detail, yet one that whispered of the potential for elevated perfection that was just out of reach.
Then came the centerpiece: the burger. While its components held promise, the bun fell short of the glory it might have achieved. A paucity of yeast left it bereft of that pillowy, airy texture that could have complemented the other ingredients masterfully. It was as though the bread had ambition but was denied the tools to reach its fullest potential.
But not all was lost. The latte was a triumph—a silky elixir that cascaded smoothly down my gullet, leaving me with a warmth and satisfaction that lingered. Each sip was a reminder of what this place is capable of when all the elements align.
Service was impeccable. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, their smiles genuine and their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience palpable.
And the atmosphere? A verdant delight. The decor evoked the lush serenity of the Amazonian jungles, a transportive experience that made dining feel like an adventure in itself. The gentle hum of conversation mingled with the soft ambient sounds, creating a tranquil yet vibrant environment.
In the end, this was a restaurant that flirted with greatness but fell short due to small but crucial oversights. The service and ambiance are undeniably stellar, and there are moments of brilliance in the menu, but a few details left me wanting. For now, it’s three stars—but with a bit more yeast and a touch more precision, the potential for more is...
Read moreSolid brunch spot; came for the light and the chandelier (semi suspicious that the decor here might do all the heavy lifting), but happily proven wrong. We had the Gem Lettuce salad, the Crispy Artichokes, the famed RH Burger, and the Lobster Roll.
The Crispy Artichokes were THE FIRE. Please understand that you should not miss these. I'm an artichoke junkie anytime, anywhere, and I don't mess around about them...so trust me when I say: this was bar-none the best artichoke I've ever come to blows with. I'm talking about immaculate crispiness, tender, rich hearts, and a rosemary lemon aioli to set it all awf. I'm getting twitterpated just writing about it.
The Gem salad was well balanced, with a zesty, herbaceous dressing, creamy avocado, and sharp feta. Downright delectable. Also, our server anticipated that we'd share this, offering to ask the BOH to split it between two plates; for me, small acts of chivalry like this really set the service apart.
Hub said the Burger was hella respectable, and I can attest that the truffle fries he paired with it were on point, having stolen more than a few from him myself...I tend to go for cruncy box ends held together with a creamy—even to the point of floppy—middle, and I stole plenty that were right on target in that respect.
The bread on the lobster roll was heaven: soft and aromatic in the inside, slathered in buttah and grilled to a crisp on the outside; made me feel big feels. Then the lobster itself was also bangin'—exemplary Lobstah Roll, 100/10.
I do confess; what would have bumped this up a star for me would have been an interesting cocktail menu. They did have a nice wine and beer selection, and I did see my fellow brunchers enjoying Bellinis, but a Bloody Mary would have pushed me right over the edge into blissed out.
Still—not hard to see why this is such a...
