Suite Home Corporate Housing — Hotel in Chicago

You can probably find accommodation of similar quality as Suite Home's, but I doubt you will find the same level of care and rigor as the Suite Home's team. I cannot say enough good things about their team. Right from find the right apartment to my experience moving it to service requests the team was on top of their game. Want to move the reservation date - no problem, have a service request - get it addressed really fast at the time that is convenient for you. I had an issue with my internet speed, they got someone to check it out. Because I was inconvenienced for a day, my internet speed was upgraded (Wow!). Right from checkin to checkout, everything was a smooth experience. I stayed at Marquee at Block 37 which was an incredible apartment.

Great location and clean apartment! I really appreciated having a kitchen and a washer/dryer during my state in Chicago. I wish that the management company would have left bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Not being able to replenish amenities is something they should tell you ahead of time so you know to bring your own. Additionally, they did not leave extra trash bags and provided a tiny bathroom trash can which is impractical for a stay that exceeds 1 night. They also expect you to throw out your own trash prior to check out.

There are a few other things that annoyed me prior to check-in. They do not have a reservations line, they only respond via email. Also, they sent me an email requesting payment again months after I had already paid. And finally, they sent me an email asking for my email for the virtual key access.
