Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Chicago

Are you guys ok here? I’m genuinely asking. I watched someone refill all the meat proteins you have while standing there. I assumed someone would come over so I could make an order but the line just kept getting longer as we watched her refill every single one. I asked after thinking she was done if I could order. She looked at me with a glazed look as if I was another person from another dimension with no response. After we all watched her, fill everything up she then decided to start my order. I had to repeat everything at least twice with the glazed blank look the entire time. You guys had at least five people working there that I could see and I was kind of shocked that not even one person decided to come over to help this poor girl or even to help take my order while she refilled every thing that was half empty. The vibes in there were giving we wish none of you were here. Even people in line were quite shocked and we spoke out loud about it. Not one employee said one thing. I asked for two chips with salsa and guacamole 4 times. You would’ve thought that I was speaking some alien language. Either you guys are paying these poor employees next to nothing or someone in Managment needs to give everyone a peptalk and just make sure that nobody...

I stopped into Chipotle today after over a year, opting for a DoorDash pickup to save on fees. The discovery of this option added convenience to my visit, making it a practical choice for a quick meal during a busy day in the area.

Updated Review: Very cheap employees! They don't put proper amount of food - specially protein - in each plate. When you ask them to do that, they show attitude. These guys are hurting this business, and the owner should do something about it. Be generous and be polite - that's one of the keys to be successful. This place was one of my favorite places around, but it has changed a lot! I don't know if the manager or employees are changed or not, but they definitely have become one of the worst Chipotle Grills around this area.
