We ordered our food at 10:55 and didn't receive our food until 1:15 in the morning. We were using an app to get the delivery and were told around minute 50 that the food was on its way and would be delivered shortly. After going back and forth with different people helping to get our order (the restaurant did not pick up the phone at all and about three different people within the app had to help us) and finding out where it was, the delivery driver showed up and said he had no idea what happened, he had just picked up the pizza five minutes prior to delivering the meal. We had also requested napkins and paper plates, which were not delivered to us with the pizza.

The food itself was also etrorious. I don't know if it was just because they most likely made the food on the fly and sent it over to us, but the pizza was hardly cut and when picking up a slice, all of the cheese slid right off.

This food is something I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. The service and food itself was horrendous and I will never order from them again when I come back to Chicago. I'm sorry for any locals who have to deal with...

I ordered a 20" Roland Pizza with Roast heirloom tomato, Thai basil, lemongrass, sausage and fresh mozzarella May 24th, 2015. I asked about delivery to the Courtyard Marriott, right across the street, and was told there would a 50 minute wait and a $5.00 delivery charge, so I opted to pick it up.

When I got there, I was told “oh, I sent that out for delivery”?? I had to wait until the pizza returned and took it back across the street to my hotel.

Upon opening it, I found I was not given what I had ordered. I received a pizza with half pepperoni and the other half had sausage, regular moss cheese (not fresh) with sriracha sauce drizzled all over it.

To be fair, the pizza crust was great, for the price $25.95 you get a 20 inch huge pizza. The flavor was good, but if you do not like heat, the sriracha sauce would have killed you. I ate the pizza, since by this time at was after 10pm.

I was disappointed because I did not get the pizza I ordered, and I have not seen those ingredients on a pizza before and was really looking...

If you're looking for a spot for late-night eats, this place fits the bill. Conveniently located near local bars, it's one of the few places open late at night. Just a heads up: they only serve pizza during those late hours, nothing else on the menu.

The location itself is small, and there's typically a police officer stationed by the door at night, which adds a layer of security but also gives off a slightly sketchy vibe.

Late at night, you can expect a crowd of intoxicated folks, but the servers handle them well. As for the pizza, the pepperoni was delicious, and while the slices are decently sized, they won't blow your mind.

While this spot is great for late-night cravings, I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit. However, if you find yourself in the area and in need of a bite after a night out, it's definitely worth...

It was tasty, but there was barely any sauce, and there was barely any cheese. Then there was like 1/5 of the pizza being the crust so very little cheese and sauce to enjoy. So for $6 it was not worth it. The crust was too soft and not chewy but very boring and mushy and it had no flavor. And we came at 12:20am knowing that they closed at 2:45am which was great because after enjoying Redhead Piano Bar we were a tad bit hungry. So to have a pizza by the slice place open at this time was great so they get a lot of credit for that. But by the time we arrived there was only cheese and pepperoni 🍕. We were hoping for the other ones like artichoke or mushroom or carnevino with various meat pieces. So after just about 8 bites the pizza was gone and I was still hungry and thirsty. Go to Nee York or NJ for pizza if you want thin crust.

People in NYC and CHI take the late night pizza game for granted. It's not that I dislike Cali's late night food selection. Who doesn't like tacos, elote, and hot dogs. Still, there's something about late night pizza, and Dough Bros has it on lock. The only reason it's not a five star review is because none of us are the best judge of food quality when intoxicated, but from what I recall, it was dope (not the narcotic older gen). Let's put it this way. It's eat through the pain pizza. You know what I mean. It's late, the pizza is fresh, and you hate the roof of your mouth. After two piping hot slices, it hates you back, but it's the ex you keep dialing up late at night. I have no complaints. They serve by the slice or whole pies (flex my East Coast), the price is reasonable, and it's in downtown. What's not to like?
