If I could give them a 0 I will but there service is bad rushing u to place your order and the young lady taking my order so rude when she taking order am not done ordering and she is yelling over the speaker was I done and when when I get to the front window her and her other coworker were playing with my drinks I told her we’re they my she said no and continued to asking me to pay so I gave her my card she took long and at the end did not gave me my receipt and when I ask her can I have my receipt she said they don’t give no receipt we’re have u ever hear that is so ridiculous to say to a Paying customer I didn’t wanna argue with them so I just took my card and checked it in my accounts how much was I charge and she did not overcharge me because that gave me so much bad vibe so I had to lock my card just thinking she might had overcharged me or something for not trying to give me my receipt that was very weird I just have one thing to say I will not come back to this Dunkin’ Donuts especially with the customer service with the young lady who has...

I have been coming here for over 2 years and have had no issues and don’t mind waiting if the lines are long. Today I went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes. After 15 minutes of sitting and calling out multiple times I figured maybe the speaker was broken so I pulled around. When I arrived at the window a bag was shoved in my face and I was told a total mind you I had not ordered. I explained the the worker that I figured the machine was broken and pulled around since I had now been waiting 20 minutes and asked if he was able to take my order from the window. He said “your not supposed to do that you need to wait so now you can pull around and wait again” so I pulled around waited AGAIN and placed my order again I was greeted with a bag shoved in my face and rude attitude. Don’t go there. I went there to grab a coffee before I got on the train and there was an Indian guy. I had to repeat the order on the speaker like 4 times to him. Once I finally got my coffee, I paid with a gift card which is only reason I decided to try them out. I took my coffee and started walking towards the train station. I guess the lid wasn’t on all the way and some of the coffee spilled out onto my hand. It was hot and it threw me off, so I dropped the cup.
