Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chicago

Many people don't take time out to write a good review but they only bring to the attention of the public their bad experiences. Therefore, I am trying to change that, since I do have many negative posts because I think that benefits us as well but I have to balance it out so people don't think I'm some kind of Debbie downer. This particular Dunkin donuts is amazing the young girl behind the counter tonight not only greeted me with a smile but even before she saw me I heard her being very kind to the customer that she was serving When I walked in. Somehow this coffee is the best coffee I've ever had. I ordered a dark roast or a Guatemala with oatmilk and I sat in my car writing this review and cheered up. This place always messed up my order, bacon never done missing extra add ons and when you go to get it correct you get poor attitude.. some of the people there are pleasant but alot of the newer ones and least the new morning crew has to go. Unpleasant people , poor attitude and still messing orders up.. also after the remodel i was hopeful it would improve but if anything the quality has gone down.. Worst part is the older lady from the morning crew hasnt been there which is unfortunate she was one of the more pleasant people and usually made the orders correctly.. alot of the crew now wears there negative emotions right on their sleeves and dont even pretend to care.. unsure if i will continue to go here i usually do a few times a week, its been pretty...

Granted, it was early morning when it's the busiest. I ordered my food. Patiently waited for my order. Then I realized everyone I came in with were gone, and a new crowd showed up. They brought the wrong coffee to the counter. They had to remake that. 10 min later, after already being there 10 min or so, I asked about my order, and it wasn't even made yet. Finally got my order after 25 mins everything was half cooked & soggy. It was probably because I asked about my order, so it was rushed either way. I'll never come back to...
