Not sure how you can screw up virtually every single visit...maybe lay off employing the stoners. Whoever manages this place sucks royally. I've lost out on so much money doing mobile orders because they can't even turn on an oven before it's time to open the store. I swear they pride themselves on making people walk out. This store used to be my neighborhood store but now my community is utterly disappointed every morning. It's sad to see. Heck you might get even get food poisoning from this place like I did once after they cycled through a new set of employees. Just make sure the food is cooked properly! The woman who managed this place before was a saint compared to these morons. Her and her team worked pretty fluidly most days. Dang, I miss her. Never going here again. They should just close, due to lack of respect for those who allow business to flow so they even have a job. Was a loyal customer for years! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations. I ordered a medium hot latte using my Dunkin’ Rewards, which was correctly applied and made the drink free. However, I was given a medium hot black coffee instead of the latte I ordered.
I only realized the mistake after leaving the store, so I returned immediately to request the correct item. To my disappointment, the staff—mostly older men and women—responded in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Rather than acknowledging the issue, they raised their voices at me and seemed more interested in dismissing me than resolving the mistake. I felt like they were trying to avoid responsibility without any valid reason.

I came in with my 6-year-old daughter to purchase donuts and a breakfast sandwich. When I kindly asked if my two glazed donuts could be warmed up, the Black woman wearing a colorful hair net and glasses responded sharply and disrespectfully, saying “NO!”
Despite this, I continued placing the rest of my order. While getting my tea, she stood next to me and said, “WHO GETS A TEA?” — completely unprovoked and unprofessional. I have no idea why she was intentionally trying to bother or upset me, but this is absolutely not how you treat customers.
