Very cute park! I was very excited to bump into Oz Park. I have seen many of my fellow yelpers checking in to this, and sharing pictures, but I never could make out where the location of this park was. The tinman statue stood right at the entrance and caught my attention first. I really wasn't aware of the tinman, cowardly lion, and scarecrow statues, until visiting. Only statue I was aware of was the Dorthy and toto statue, which stands next to the playground inside of this park.
This park has multiple activities that you can do, such as basketball, softball, tennis, football, soccer; visiting the community garden, and also letting your children wear themselves out at the playground. Scarecrow is near Tin Man, just inside the east gate of the garden. Lion is hardest to find since he's not as close to the others, but he is at the southeast corner of the park, at the corner of Larrabee and Dickens.
The only downside is finding street parking. It seems like it can be...
