Five Guys — Restaurant in Chicago

Ordered a small bacon cheeseburger “all the way toppings” today, a banana chocolate shake, and small Cajun fry.

I got my milkshake, and burger. And left for home and checked my bag and saw that I never got my fries that I ordered! So basically I got ripped off, and payed for a full on meal with an item missing. Literally the fries are right next to the pick up booth, and it says in big letters on my food ticket “one small Cajun fry”. How hard can it be to remember to put it in my bag?

Was too upset to go back for them to finally put fries in my bag, and ended up just forgetting about that and eating my burger at home! And today the bun was kinda dry/toasted like which they never do. Weird????

The people working there were friendly yet not paying proper attention to the orders. I clearly said I wanted fries with my burger, and never got no fries. The lady that handed me my bag was friendly and complemented my vans shoes(which is nice) but at least you could’ve put fries with...

Worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to! Service was okay but the cashier had to end up making my vanilla shake after the less than enthusiastic employees forgot. The fries were all soggy and they tried to cover that up with adding more Cajun seasoning. I love the seasoning but it doesn’t make the fries more edible... Lastly the cheeseburger that came without all my toppings I asked for (checked receipt to make sure I actually asked for the other toppings) and the onions tasted bad (not fresh). Before departing, I went to wash my hands and that’s when it all made sense.. The upkeep was less than desirable which okay it’s a fast food restaurant but the soap dispenser was non-functional so all the male employees at least are not washing their hands after utilizing the restroom... stay away from this place. It made me wish for a Burger King flame broiled whopper which shouldn’t have...

I recently had the opportunity to visit Five Guys for the first time, and I was blown away by the excellent service and delicious food. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-staffed. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great dining experience.

Of course, the real star of the show was the food. I ordered a burger and a hotdog, and both were absolutely delicious. The burgers were made with fresh, high quality beef and cooked to perfection. The hotdogs were also excellent, with a great smoky flavor. The toppings were all fresh and added a great depth of flavor to the dishes.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys Chicago and would definitely recommend it to others. The great service and excellent burgers and hotdogs make it a standout option for fast...
