I decided to order lunch from the Clybourn location since I work down the road at CH Robinson. I hadn't ordered before today and doubt I will do so again in the future. I went to the area where the sign said Pickup and waited with my order number, the track order notification said my order was ready. I stood there by the pickup sign and the young lady making sandwiches ignored me. After I got her attention, she said "what do you want?" Her tone and mannerism were unpleasant and harsh. I said I hadn't been their before and was looking to pick up my online order. She turned her back to me and said "it's in the corner if it's ready," again unpleasant and harsh. That's not the kind of treatment or response I receive from the JJ's by my house and was not impressed with her attitude. I understand that staffing and work conditions can be difficult right now but treating new customers to your location rudely isn't necessary. When you order two slims for 2 picky children, you know what to expect. I did not expect brick hard bread and limp cucumbers. When I got my Turkey Tom on wheat, I thought they made a mistake and gave me a kids sandwich too. I haven't been to Jimmy John's since pre-COVID times, but Jesus.
