WORST SERVICE EVER THANK THE GENTLEMAN WHO IS SO PROUD TO BE THE NEW MANAGER. VERY DISAPPOINTED. this man who claims to be the new manager or supervisor is ridiculous. came out from the back and gave me the ugliest attitude. never have i felt so embarrassed with no one around. i felt so belittledz i felt as if i wasn’t welcome because i asked a question about the price of the food then about the portion of the meal. the gentleman that came out said he has only been nagar of hubbard river north location for about 2-3 weeks this was sometime between 03/20/2022-03/30/2022. he then began to tell me he’s well known and experienced and that he’s never seen me. WEATHER IT BE ME MY MOM DAD BROTHER OR SISTER WHO IS PICKING UP THE FOOD I AM STILL THE PAYING CUSTOMER WHO IS VERY UNHAPPY. . i then began to have to justify who i was as if i wasn’t someone from chicago at of chang’s trying to spend money. i have complained on yelp and to p.f. chang’s hotline and i will continue to do so until something is done it until he is removed from that location. I had the pleasure of trying their lettuce wrap and egg noodles with tofu dishes. Both were well-prepared and enjoyable. The lettuce wrap, with its fresh and crisp lettuce leaves, provided a delightful contrast to the flavorful filling. The egg noodles with tofu were a satisfying choice, with the tofu perfectly cooked and the noodles seasoned just right.

Placed a pick up order on DoorDash. However, the portion size of my initial entree of Honey chicken and fried rice was disappointing. I immediately return to the store and asked the manager to review my order. She took one glance at my entree and knew it was unacceptable. A closer comparison of the chicken suggests that the first order was not adequately breaded. Although the chef remade my order, and the entree portion size and quality were improved, this location has forever lost my business. No free cookie will absolve them for this unacceptable...
