Im a Canadian driver, have delivered here many times. Had an unload here on Feb 1st, 2021 and left the location. After 2hrs realised I dropped my car key somewhere in snow at near dock. I called the Shippers office, they gave me the Security's number. Called the security who's name was ##Albert. He talked patiently and during the call itself he went and checked in snow for the key and he found it! His shift was until 2pm, I returned there to collect the key at 2.30pm, he still waited for me! If he had not helped, it would have ended towing my car to make a duplicate key once I reached back my yard in Toronto. ##Albert really helped me, he went the extra mile beyond his responsibilities. Pickup is on Morgan street. Backing into this dock can be difficult since there is not enough room to pull forward without hopping the curb (which you will do), its on a busy street and people driving like crazy around you, and if its busy it will be hard to back in between the trucks since the docks are so close together, not to mention trying to get out. Also the poles on the side walkout across the way make this more challenging. If u are coming from 90/94 hwy exit Pershing rd ,turn left ,customer is on right side across the Morgan st.. If u delivering the fresh meat your docks will be on main rd Pershing rd And u have to back up from Main Street So just stay on right lane make a u turn and park in middle lane which is two way turning traffic lane and go for check in.
