I’ve been sober for about a year and a half, and when I first started my journey, there weren’t many non-alcoholic options out there. Sierra Nevada’s Trail Pass and some basic beers like Budweiser offered a start, but finding quality non-alcoholic spirits and wines locally was a challenge. I came across All The Bitter in a news article, and while I had no idea what bitters even were at the time, I was intrigued.
Fast forward to now. There are definitely more non-alcoholic options available, but many still fall short when it comes to flavor and complexity. I kept saying I’d stop by their shop and finally did this week. I only wish I had gone sooner!
The experience was amazing. The service was warm and welcoming, and the owner took time to personally greet each guest, learn about their tastes, and guide them to something they’d truly enjoy. It’s clear they care deeply about what they’re creating and who they’re serving.
One of my favorite things is that they offer kits with recipe cards so you can recreate your favorite mocktails at home. Each card includes variations using the same spirit and bitter, which makes experimenting easy and fun.
Their tasting room is filled with a wide range of non-alcoholic options so you can explore and find exactly what suits you. The small bites were also incredible, all locally sourced, which is a beautiful way to support multiple small businesses at once.
I can’t recommend All The Bitter enough for people who are sober, sober curious, or just looking for a high-quality, alcohol-free place to enjoy a drink. This space is a gem in Chico, and I’m so...
Read moreOur First time here. We were provided a flight of bittersweet and a tour of the products. It was a great experience. A couple next to us ordered a grape and cheese dish and drinks. All drinks and items for sale had zero alcohol. The guide could not have more helpful to us newbies. I wanted the cheese board but just ate elsewhere. You can see layout in photos . There was a small but upscale lounge available. The guide said it was a safe place for non drinkers. We stopped 4 years ago. We will now ask for these cocktails at local bars which opens us up to more than sodas. We like music at these venues. This place is novel and comfortable for the social crowd. They also have outdoor seating. I sampled the marguerta. It was very good. Go visit this place in your...

Not only do they create hand-crafted, delicious, small batch zero-proof goodies which elevate any cocktail, they’re also super knowledgeable, kind, generous, fun people who are widely admired by all who meet them. I’m so grateful to know Ian and Carly and am beyond pleased to support their small (yet dino-mighty!) business!!...
