Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chicopee

I go to this Dunkin after my graveyard shift EVERY morning to get my same usual order at 8am. Every time, the same lady takes my extremely simple order, gets it right, and I’m always happy. However, if I go anytime in the afternoon, it’s a total opposite experience. Wrong orders, completely wrong drinks, sometimes they give my order to the person in front of me… it’s a train wreck that baffles me every time because I’m the most simple dunkin customer… and it only seems to happen in the afternoon when it’s the LEAST busy. Giving me honey glazed when I ask for chocolate glazed is a constant trend, giving me a hot drink instead of an iced drink happens frequently, saying they no longer serve specialty drinks when they most certainly do (I was told one time that they no longer serve the Dunkalatte? Yeah right.) i love dunkin man, I really do. And I hate leaving reviews of any kind. But today was just the last straw and also like, the 3rd consecutive mishap. Mistakes happen, I know. But something needs to be done to prevent these tiny little mistakes from happening ever. Single. Time....

It took 15 minutes for a guy there to make me a sandwich with cheese that had long since expired and saw that was sitting on top of the heating oven from what looks like all day all while conversing with another customer about trying to get out of his job he is now and get a new one all well ignoring my order and asking how I got my credit card that I paid for my meal with this was all done in between me going from one job to another job so thanks to this guy I had no food for I forget me on the afternoon except still cheese sauce that long since gone bad and the anger and which I'd feed upon the...

Fast ,delicious, and got it right on the order .which is so important when you are flying thur the drive thur. There is nothing worst than pulling a way from the window and finding out that what you ordered is wrong . And having to get back I the line to correct it. Or even worst not having the time to ho thur again and hang to leave with it wrong. Or finding out after your at work . !!#/! Even when one of the orders was a little unusual. As one of the egg and cheese, with bacon was without the egg .which as we know when you ask for something different most places get it wrong. But they did not it...
