Po's — Restaurant in Chicopee

This food was disgusting. The general tos was so hard it was like a brick. You couldn’t even chew it that’s how bad it was. The rice had no taste AT ALL!! the customer service was horrible I called to inform them on how hard my general tos was they basically said that they fry them extra crispy for everyone because most of their customers like it crispy. Which is not fair for the ones who don’t like it crispy they should ask these questions to avoid things like this. The women was very rude then she passed the phone to a guy and he was even more rude and basically told me there was nothing they can do about it. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they are that bad and they don’t even deserve to be open!!!! I’m going to call BBB and health department on them!!! Just disgraceful and sad people like to play with your food and don’t have the decency to apologize or fix THEY mistake NEVER AGAIN!!!...

the best chinese in the area. we've tried most of them. tried all in chicopee and south hadley. someone i just met recommended this as really great - tofu with veggies, tried 2 different shrimp dishes on two different days and they were fresh and fantastic, beef in garlic sauce (the brown sauce tasted yummy and completely unique and not stupidly sweet), perfect crab rangoon... and yes, they have brown rice. oh, best veggie fried rice in ages too. the guy who told me about Po's has been going weekly for a year. swears by everything on the menu. there is only one chef = consistency! they have owned the joint for five years, but it was open for 5 before that.

So my biggest complaint would be delivery time when I ordered I was told 50min to a hour which was fine by me I ended up ordering two dinner meals and a side of sesame chicken turned out to take 1hour30min to get delivered but it was hot when arrived but if you live close recommend picking up on positive side tho pos def has best value for your money they give you a lot more food then other places quality of the food is decent I like that there boneless ribs ain’t fatty like most restaurants there beef teriyaki was good flavor my usually spot is blue Asian in Chicopee which is def better but more expensive for less food so overall pos is worth your money if u want more...
