This was my first experience coming to this location and I went on Cinco de Mayo thinking I was going to get a good meal. I ordered to go. I ordered 5 steak tacos, a beef burrito, chicken soup and queso. When I got home to eat my tacos, I found my corn tortillas on every taco was over cooked and falling apart. The steak was more bland than not. The presentation was NOT GIVING. They were PLAIN….maybe I should have asked if they came with toppings but I figured a traditional taco would be dressed up. NOPE. I order the soup and it was VERY BLAND as well. As it was made good, the taste was not explosive as I thought. I also ordered the beef burrito for my fiancé and it turned out more like an enchilada with the sauces on top. I was not impressed or happy with my experience especially on Cinco De Mayo and it was not busy.

Claims to be a Mexican restaurant but don’t serve real Mexican food. Taste nothing like Mexican food should taste . I got a combo of a tostada and chile relleno with beans . First the tostada was stuck to the plate bc the food was place on the plate then microwaved. Second the beans were spoiled me and my family all were served the old beans . Third. The chile relleno was not a authentic Mexican chile relleno it was more like a chile poblano cute in the middle stuffed with cheese and topped with the salsa of the chips they give you when you get there. Nothing like a real chile relleno paid $100 there and left my plate like the picture . Took a few bites but couldn’t eat it because it was just disgusting.

I used to like this place, but for whatever reason I got a really bad order last night and paid a good amount just got an enchilada meal, two chicken quesadillas, and two nacho cheese orders it was 35 and no drinks with that. They put the chips and nachos together in container so the condensation made the chips soggy and cheese was more liquidity, and chips were burnt some. Quesadillas were also soggy from being in a container. I was sick and sent my kid in to get it and didn't feel good enough to deal with it or I would've gave it back and went somewhere else. My kids barely ate it, I forgot to take pics of the rest when I got home.

So let me start by saying this place has great food and the service is great however we come here 01/05/2024 at 11:30 we ordered the quesadilla loca and when our food came out shorty after the waitress come up and said that she had actually given one of us the burrito loca instead it was no problem since we had already been eating off of it she said we can keep it and she would be giving my mom her original order as well our waitress then told the cook that she would need another burrito loca for the other table because she had accidentally handed it to the wrong table that's when Mabel the cook told our waitress that she is to take the food from our table that we didn't order and throw it in the trash after the waitress already told us to keep it we couldn't care less about the free food it was the concept that they already had to remake the order so instead of giving the food to someone who would eat and enjoy it you disgustingly throw it into the trash we have been customers for many many years but this encounter has left a bad taste in my mouth for the place shame on the management and shame on that sorry excuse for a cook anyone who throws food in the trash instead of letting someone enjoy it is disgusting and should not be in charge of a restaurant I do want to say our waitress was highly embarrassed and did not want to throw it away she did...

First walk in, we debated on turning back around and leaving but felt obligated to give it a try anyway. Probably should have followed our gut. The lack of mexican music in a "mexican restaurant" itself was an initial red flag, but nothing wrong with straying from the norm I suppose.

Food wasnt terrible, but we only got steak quesadillas as we figured it was the safest option given the environment....place was nasty, very clearly hasnt been cleaned at all in years. But, we didnt get sick from the food so that was a plus.

Server was fine, although the other server that was there didnt really have any kind of professionalism.

The owner clearly has neglected this place for many years. Your staff has plenty of free time to clean, make them. Instead of having them just sit in the dinning room stuffing their face and video chatting loudly so everyone in the restaurant has to listen to what I would consider a disturbing conversation.

But, it is cheap. And at the very least, it didnt kill us and...

I wanted to give 0 Stars for this visit!!! Absolutely the worst customer service from the owner himself... I've been in many times throughout the years, we never dine in but instead opt to take out the most expensive item on the menu "El Dragon" $17.99 each dinner, I've always ordered two to go & tip as well... the last time I was in the mood for just T-Bone Steak so I ordered the two steaks only two go so I paid around $22 per the owner... Tonight I went in & the owner was sitting in the front booth as usual & before I placed my order I politely mentioned to him remember me the two steaks, I would like to order again & placed my order with the girl at the counter... I came back about 10min later to pay & was told $34 for the steaks only, I looked at the owner & he shrugged his shoulders as he allowed me to cancel my order & walk out the empty...
