WOW! I've been to this Taco Bell about 7 times, of those 7 times, I've actually only ATE the food, 3 times. NEVER, EVER have I been to a fast food place, where every SINGLE time I've gone, it was the absolute, 100% worse experience. I'm not exaggerating, at this point, I'm going past just giving a online review, I intend to go as high up the chain as I can. My BP is sky high, I don't know where they hire every employee in this restaurant, or how the Asst. Mgr, & Manager was promoted to their position. Listen to me please, the rudeness is beyond anyone in this business, has been to me, they are closed at 4 :30 in the afternoon, they have forgotten to add an item EVERY SINGLE TIME, theyve TOLD me to wait 10 minutes, AFTER placing an online order, AFTER I've already paid, because it hasn't gotten to them yet. When I say, can I just tell you what I ordered their reply is, "sure just go ahead and place the order again, on the self serve kiosk". This is AFTER placing the online order, it says will be ready in 10 minutes. Then suddenly my order online gets cancelled, to which I'm then told, "your card was declined", no it wasn't declined, it was cancelled, their reply is..." Well, I didn't cancel it, so I don't know what to tell you, except to order it again. My lunch is one hour, it has now been 25 min, and I have nothing to show for it, except a manager who literally just WALKS AWAY from me, shrugging her shoulders, no offer to help fix it, or help since I've wasted so much time.. One time I ordered 3 tacos, said add sour cream to all 3,and mild sauce. I was charged over $12,when I said that was wrong, she informed me that was the price for taco Supremes, I said I did not order taco Supremes, she said yes you did, you said 3 taco, add sour cream, I said yes, so she advised me that's a taco supreme, to which I replied, I did NOT order taco supreme, her response was to tell me, well tacos with sour cream are Supremes, and that's how I have to to price it, tired of arguing I took it, upon eating them, well, no sour cream. I could go on & on, with examples. Why do I keep going back? I LOVE taco bell, this is only one close to me, by close I mean 15.7 miles from my home. There is something fundamentally wrong with the employees here. I'm contacting...
Read moreI drove all the way from Gainesville to Chiefland (abt 45 minutes) cause I desperately wanted a chili cheese burrito & this is one of the few (BLESS THEM) Taco Bells that still serves them. I get there, got stuck behind some lady ordering a pretty big (odd if you ask me, but that's another story) order, but that was okay. When I finally got to the window once they were done dealing with her, the woman apologized & explained they were out of the chili that night, so they could not make my order.
...Now, if you're actually reading this, you may be wondering why anyone would give 5 stars to a restaurant they went out of there way for, only to leave empty handed. It was because of the service.
A weird thing happened - she APOLOGIZED for being out of the item, and it felt like she ACTUALLY meant it. That's it. Sometimes that's all it takes. A little empathy, a little kindness. I wasn't mad. I understood it wasn't her fault, these things happen, and frankly, if that was the worst thing that had happened to me that day, I'd be doing pretty dang good.
So thank you, for your great customer service & showing some compassion for something so small. I think we all forget sometimes how a little of that can go such a long way.
Please note, drove back the next day cause the CHILI CHEESE CRAVING IS FIERCE & not even these gas prices could stop my quest. BURITTO ACQUIRED - and absolutely, without a doubt, FREAKING DELICIOUS & WELL WORTH THE DRIVE...
Read moreHonestly if I could give no stars I would, Dont go inside to order, there was like 3 or 4 vehicles in the drive thru(one had a trailer) so I just went inside, BIG MISTAKE, it took 14 mins to get 2 $1 burritos, 3 reg dorito tacos and 2 freezes(the machine wasn't working right so that were runny) there were 2 ppl waiting bu they got their food with in a few mins, there was atleast 5-6ppl (one was a manager) working the drive thru, after waiting 11mins I politely asked how much longer and all she said wasit's coming(no apology or anything) then we finally see 1guy start to make our food, if my grandson hadn't had his heart set on tacos i would have asked for my $back and left, we never did get a apology or anything (when they brought us our food I asked for 2 sides of sour cream and they made sure to charge me for them), the food was nasty my rice and bean burritos had more nasty spicy cheese then rice or beans also it was also one of the dirtiest taco bells we have ever been to, we have been to them all across the country(my husband is a long...
