So I have be a regular at this little Cesar's for over 2 years now. The food is never great but it is convenient and we both work so out of habit we keep going. Today I walk in to an empty store other than the guy standing behind the counter who is always there. I ask what they have hot and ready and he says a pepperoni and a cheese pizza so I order a pepperoni pizza and a garlic butter. He takes my money and grabs a pizza out of the warmer. I open the box to put my garlic butter inside and imediately notice that this pizza is very old and all dried out and dead to the point that the exposed sauce is crusted over. I ask him how old it was and he told me about 30 minutes. I pointed out it was really old and dead and asked him if he had a fresher one. With an attitude he throws the pizza behind the warmer and mumbled something about having to throw it away now.... He grabs another pizza out of the warmer and puts it on the counter so assuming this is the fresher pizza I just asked for I lift up the lid and this pizza is as dead as the last one. I kindly let him know that this pizza is also old and ask how long I will have to wait for a fresh pizza which I did not think was an unreasonable request but then the guy starts yelling at me about how he now has to throw these 2 dead pizzas away and he throws my money back at me!!!!!! For requesting fresh food????? Really guy!!!!!!! I took my money and walked out shaking my head and laughing, I will NEVER be returning to this business again and the owner should be ashamed to keep people employed who treat good regular customers like I was treated today. Any one looking for good fresh pizza in Chiefland please take my advice and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Hungary Howie's is less than a mile away and their pizza is always fresh and they put this place to shame.

Read moreWe have always been satisfied with our purchases at Little Caesars Pizza. One occasion stands out above all others. I will be 80 yrs old on my next birthday and hadn't been feeling well. My husband who was handicapped from his strokes and heart attack couldn't drive anymore. He was hungering for a Caesars pizza so I called his order in and drove to pick it up. A gentleman somewhere in his 40's or 50's waited on me and brought my order to the counter. He looked closely at me and asked : "Maam would you like help to your car with your order? " No one had ever offered this before so I didn't answer immediately. He went to the kitchen and came back with a very nice young women and with a nod and smile he bid me goodbye . This young woman took the 2 bottles of diet Pepsi and the large pizza out to the car, waited for me to get in and placed my purchases on the passenger side. Then wishing both my husband and I well she gave me a caring smile and left. I really needed help that day but would not have asked for it. I am so thankful that young man noticed my weakness and cared enough to offer help. We will always choose Little Caesars Pizza to other carry outs because they are not only serving "ridiculous amounts of toppings" on their pizzas but they care about their customers. Both are priorities we care about. How we treat people will always be a...
Read moreI was charged twice for my order due to the fact that the cashier entered my order wrong and instead of them making it right and eating the dollar and change. I was told they would have to cancel my order and ring it up again charging me twice. I then ask if the money would immediately be returned to my card and was told it could be up to a week before the money went back on my card. This is not good buisness and I will take my future buisness elsewhere as I should have been immediately refunded before being charged again due to...
