Ok to start off customer is always right !! Flat out !! I’m a manager myself and never ever would I argue with a customer especially in front of other paying customers I walked in nobody’s is in line at all everyone standing together talking I wait til there done with their conversation and then then they take my order I waited about 4-5 minutes for my meal because they had drive threw orders so meanwhile I make my drink and there is no straws what ever it’s to be expected by the way this place is looking , I say that because the soda machine area is trashed floors are trash I’m not even kidding, so when I finally got my food I sat down to eat my fries are cold I mean really cold room temp cold but there are some other customers up ordering right now so I continued to eat well I have done finished two cheeseburgers as the customers are finishing up one of the little children say to the workers there are no straws he YES there are just look and she looks at her dad he says there are no straws he comes around the corner like all mad and discovers she’s right so I take my fries up and ask for my money back , omg this manager wants to tell me she has fresh fries I explained I finished my burgers I’m leaving now and want my money back she sits there and argues about me not bringing my fries right back up I explained everything again to her and so she slaps the money in my hands and said here here your damn money !!!! What???? Really now your gonna curse at me , so I asked her name because nobody has name tags one nobody not one person in there tells be I gave your money...
Read moreThe only redeeming factor about this establishment was the cashier. When I got there I had 4 customers ahead of me. I waited for 15 minutes to get a plain cheeseburger, a whopper Jr, and a hamburger patty. I asked for a refund. When I left the 4 people ahead of me were still waiting. They had no ice in machine. No soda in machine. 1 cook. 1 sandwich preparer. I heard them say the hold up was not having bacon cooked. My sandwiches did not require bacon. You should shut down the store for Bacon. When I ask for a refund the management was rude. I was not given any paperwork that I could expect a refund and was told it would be up to 45 days to get it refund to my card. If I lived in this town I would not ever go to this BK. By the way McDonalds is down the street about a block. 3 minutes from time I placed my order I had my food. Read moreWhile we were evacuating Florida fleeing from Hurricane Irma, we stopped at Burger King in Chiefland, FL. WE waited 45 minutes in line. There was not one complaint from any customer or employee. People kept coming in and were greeted by the employees. They must have called in every employee and manager they had on that Saturday morning. I have never seen a team of people work so well under pressure. The only thing we could do while we waited wss watch tv or the staff. So they were under the microscope for onlookers. One fry cook pulled the fries out a little early. A female blond manager told him they looked under cooked. She tested them and told him not to rush, but to cook them again. No one minded. The fries were great and so was the rest of our meal. These people need to be recognized for their heroism for feeding the masses under great pressure. A lifelong Burger...
