At 6 pm I ordered a 15.99 special which included a pizza and crazy bread. When my order went through the bread was not included so I called the store and talked to a male manager. He said they would add the bread. I received a call from the manager at 6.04 saying he couldn't add the bread bc the pizza was already out that he would give me a credit for the bread. Since the pizza left the store at 6.04 I expected it about 10 mins later. Fast forward to 6.55 , it's been almost an hour I called back to the store and asked about my order, was connected to a different manager a woman , who was very rude. I asked where my order was since it's been almost an hour. I was agitated . She was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. First off , are your managers trained to hang up on customers. I called back and was more mad. She told me it hasn't been an hour the driver just left 10 mins ago, I questioned her bc of what the other manager told me. One of the managers was lying.
