Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Chillicothe

At 6 pm I ordered a 15.99 special which included a pizza and crazy bread. When my order went through the bread was not included so I called the store and talked to a male manager. He said they would add the bread. I received a call from the manager at 6.04 saying he couldn't add the bread bc the pizza was already out that he would give me a credit for the bread. Since the pizza left the store at 6.04 I expected it about 10 mins later. Fast forward to 6.55 , it's been almost an hour I called back to the store and asked about my order, was connected to a different manager a woman , who was very rude. I asked where my order was since it's been almost an hour. I was agitated . She was very rude and ended up hanging up on me. First off , are your managers trained to hang up on customers. I called back and was more mad. She told me it hasn't been an hour the driver just left 10 mins ago, I questioned her bc of what the other manager told me. One of the managers was lying. She was still rude and said she's been doing this for 10 years and she can have me banned from ordering. The order finally came and it was just lukewarm. Twice in a row I have worked until 1030 planned my entire dinner plans around their posted hours and placed both orders a hour and a half before their posted closing times and both times they called me back said sorry we closed early and if I had used my card to pay online they’d have my money and I would have no pizza so somewhere I would go to two or three times a week for dinner I have completely given up on and will be taking my business elsewhere and when it’s been almost 2 weeks between the orders they have had more than enough time to change their hours online for the people that have to plan dinner around a...

Im tired of restaurants treating the customer so poorly and not working out their "online versus in store" price alignment before running the customer through all the bs of getting charged double what they agreed to and then just move on like its okay and never fix it after ruining ur meal every time. Dont click "pay in store". Pay online or they will double it in store and u wont notice because they will remove ALL discounts from your order without telling you (didn't let me see a total on the card reader that didnt align with what I ordered bc they typed in...
