My wife and I are regulars here (sometimes once a week, often multiple times a week for coffee drinks, food, and alochol drinks). Generally the service is good. There are times when the service could be better (i.e., more attentive, cleaning tables better, refilling drinks more frequently). We've had a couple of issues over the years - being kicked out because of having a service dog, not transferring all loyalty points from one system to another (this one really ticked me off because I lost around 5 free drinks because they switched platforms and said "there's nothing we can do to accommodate the loss points," which isn't true). Overall, though, the service is decent. 7 times out of ten service is acceptable. Staff are usually very friendly. Usually the coffee drinks are good. Not long ago I had three really bad drinks, no flavor. 8 times out of ten the coffee drinks are good. The food typically is good. A bit pricey. Sometimes the fries can be soggy or the cheese curds undercooked. I'd say the food is usually 8 times out of ten good. This is a good spot, charming, relaxed, but the food/drink quality and the service can be inconsistent. And when you encounter problems don't expect full satisfaction to benefit...

The only thing lacking each time we come in is the employees are not welcoming at all with zero appreciation for our patronage. This time they got everything wrong and I mean Everything. No apology, no empathy, no nothing, just confused looks and somewhat attitude until we voiced our concerns about all the mistakes then there was an apology when the manager showed up. We understand that these small businesses in small towns have to hire whoever they can get but that does not excuse the lack of managerial training to help these employees perform proper customer service which includes interacting with and building a quick repport with each individual customer through polite active conversation and at least saying "you're welcome" when a customer says "thank you" The manager refunded our entire purchase which my wife requested. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this establishment...
Read moreI am a regular, I get a coffee at least once or twice a day, 7 days a week. The last couple times I have came in to get my coffee, there has been one specific person that normally works nights that has been working mornings, every time she makes my coffee she makes it incorrectly to where it is too thick and tastes like nothing. I always hope for the best every time she makes it and it ends up the same and out of kindness I tell her thank you and she rolls her eyes and never responds, to me that is VERY rude. Also last couple times I have missed being able to put my number in to get my points, and I let the lady at the front know and they get my number but never put it into the system, I've missed out on 4 drinks worth of points. Overall, the service is great just depends on who's working. Most of the girls are very friendly...
