I do a normal drive thru .Get a double menphis bbq .Pay for a double. I get home it is a single.This is not the most tragic thing that ever happened in my life . I'm not going to get back in the car drive 3mi. to get a burger patty.I'll tell them later , we'll work it out, not a big deal.I go in the next day ,this time walk-in.A girl took my order, I again ordered a double menphis bbq. I said what had happened and how about if I pay for a single you give me a double and we will be even.She got the shift manager at the time ( short mexican girl with glasses ,I didn't get her name ) With a bad attitude she says do you have a receipt ,I said no I did not get one.She said that I have to have one to see if you paid for a double .I said how would that tell you that I got only a single? She said that if I gave something to every one that claimed they were shorted everyone would do it . ( that tells me there is a problem here )We never yelled or got out of control , her basic attitude was --you got screwed I'm not going to do anything to make it right and you can't do anything about it.--- I told her that" I was insulted that she would imply that I would lie to get a 99 cent burger patty at a place that I had been going to 2-3-or 4 times a week for twenty years."--- I am a 53 year old business man in Chino,not a homeless guy with change in my pocket who is worried about 99 cents.thanks for the place to vent ALAN ,,it was at 12005 central...
Read moreI don’t visit this location much because I live outside the area. The two times that I have had the pleasure of visiting here, it was a pleasurable experience. Both times were in the morning for breakfast. I don’t recall the two names of the employees that help me but, one was a young Hispanic girl that looked like my niece, the other was a fairly young Caucasian gentleman with brown curly hair. They were both very personable and extremely friendly and helpful. It wasn’t very busy that more and I had some time to converse with them. They made my visit a real pleasure. It sure is nice to have those two employees working at this location. They are the face of customer service and should be rewarded...
Read moreI bought new BLT ranch double cheeseburger, and when I got home. I opened the bag, what I got looked like the small Mc Donald burgers. Which I never buy nor eat. Later on I returned to Carl's Jr, thinking I got the wrong order. The employee said I got what I ordered, a middle age women did not want to satisfy me by offering anything else. She was rude and said "It's not my fault you do not know how to order." This was very rude especially to costumers that buy Carl's burgers regularly. Not only was I not satisfied the service was horrible. I will be sure to never return this location...
