Del Taco — Restaurant in Chino

First and last time going to this location. I should have drove off when I was told that they ran out of chicken for my quesadillas. The employee who took my order at the drive through asked me to move 5ft forward or backwards. I know why now. I ended up parking in front of the main entrance because the customer behind my car got her food and had to drive away. I waited for about 15 minutes while customers kept going in and out with their food. I got off to get my money back. I do understand that they only had 2 people working but why was everyone else getting their food but i wasn’t. Simple order nothing extreme. I got my money back and I asked for my receipt. The same male employee (elderly man) who was at the drive through window said he couldn’t give it to me and that I had to wait for someone else to get back from their break or something like that. He pointed at the screen with all the orders and said but it’s right here. What am I supposed to do with the screen order? Never did he apologize. I bet they forgot about my food but I’m never going there again! I hope a store manager can contact me. And if this person is the manager, I need someone else above him. This was very...

I come here often. And I haven't really thought of doing a review until now. It just bugs me when I'm told to go wait out on one of the parking spots. And!!! There's never anyone behind me. I understand that if someone was behind me but when no one is there. Come on. Then when I do move over there's not a space open or I'm so far on the other side by the gas station that they don't see me. I know they want to lower their time for people to be on the window but the timer isn't there to make guests move when the food isn't really. It's to give management an idea of how long you take and figure out why it's taking so long to get the food to people. And then they always forget something... So they have to go back and get it or you have to go back and then going through the drive through becomes going into the restaurant which is what you didn't want...

Don't bother going to this del Taco for food after midnight I've tried to order food four different times from there and in every instance it was at a different time of night one night I went in there at 1:00 a.m. one night I went in there at 3:00 a.m. the other two times I think we're at like 4 and 2:30 am every time though no matter what time it is if it's after midnight and before 6:00 you cannot order anything that is fried you can't order meals because they have french fries that come with them so it's pretty much you can't order anything unless you're ordering they're cheap bean and cheese burritos or something like that because almost their whole menu is fried items just trying to give you guys a heads up don't waste your gas to your time and your stomach growling to go eat there cuz you probably...
