Spoiled strawberries in my drink**

My friend and I came for milk tea and I ordered a drink with strawberries in it, at my first sip I could clearly feel that the strawberries had spoiled, it was like the texture of a fruit that had been left out for 3 or 4 days, I immediately threw away the whole drink. Waste of my time and money! Can't believe they can do...

This little boba shop is located within 99 ranch and honestly it’s pretty decent. There is a convenient self-service kiosk at the front where you can swipe to see all the drinks and food options. Also, the wait time isn’t too long. However, there are no napkins to be seen unless you ask the staff.

What we ordered: Cocomango: A mango slushie with sago pearls and random grapefruit chunks on the bottom. I ordered a brown sugar boba milktea on 11/26/2024 around 5pm, it gave me diarrhea for two days. Thanks, but never come again. Additionally through the straw there was something that looked like a piece of plastic that I sucked into my mouth, I didn't take a picture of it, but if the store can watch the surveillance video you can see me dropping the foreign object. Again, I didn't keep the receipt for the milk tea, but I stayed at their table in front of the door for 30 minutes.
