BF Bakery & Cafe — Restaurant in Corona

Love cakes and breads so that I came in today around 12:30pm after I shopped at 99 ranch. My bad story started. A cashier works for BF at that time was so rude. After I waited in a line for around 5 minutes, I heard remotely a voice from this guy: " where is your bread tongs?" "I returned it into the cabinet where I took it out". I answered and saw a unhappy cashier's face . "Take it to me and I need to wash it." I took the tong out of the cabinet and had it in my hand and waited for my turn to pay the bill.

Still waiting for my turn, after seral minutes, and I heard a voice again from the cashier, to asked almost everyboday around the counter if they needed to check out except me (I have waited around 5-8 minutes and this guy knew I was waiting for checking out) until a lady came to the counter without any waiting directly.

And now this male cashier started to tell me, "plz wait here not there".

To be honest, I did not see any sign or notice like "return the tongs after use". or "line here".

I wasted almost 10 minutes to see how this guy shout again and again to tell me " return the tongs", "check out here"....so so rude I never have had in my life.

Of course, I cancel my purchase........I will never never go to this...

I had high hopes for Bakery & Cafe in Corona, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I placed my order for a milk green tea with boba, the staff member had trouble understanding me, so I repeated the order three times. Despite that, I was given a coffee with boba instead.

I didn’t want to make a scene, so I accepted it—but the drink was terrible. It had no flavor, tasted almost like water, and was not enjoyable at all. I honestly felt like I wasted my time and money.

To make things worse, the attitude of the person taking my order felt hostile and unfriendly, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. I’m sharing this in hopes that the staff can improve communication and customer service, and ensure that orders are prepared correctly. A little kindness...

The bakery section is pretty good. The cakes and mousse are really very good and not very sugary like typical american confectionary. The cakes have a very soft and delicate taste. My family likes mostly all of their vegetarian preps. Breads are better than brought from Vons or Wal-Mart in nearby locations. One cad also sit down and eat with family and enjoy. Because the store in within 99ranch market hence there is a typical odor that comes from an Asian store mostly 🐟.
