This casual dine-in spot is located next to the 99 Ranch Market in Corona. I ordered the Tonkatsu Black ramen bowl and this seared tuna roll. I also ordered the chashu pork fried rice (not pictured). The ramen was satisfactory, I prefer the broth to be thicker/creamier. But the seared tuna roll was fantastic! I'm biased towards seared fish, but the balance of the jalapeno and sauce was perfect. The chashu pork was good too, a little greasy but it's to be expected. I also liked that they played more contemporary music (trendy indie songs mostly) ((I'm sure it was just a random playlist but just in case someone was in control of the aux that day... I hope you're doing ok 🥲 that music was giving some sad boy/girl vibes)) . Anyway overall, 4 stars :)

I haven't had restaurant ramen in years. I'm not a huge ramen fan and prefer other noodle soups such as pho, taiwanese beef noodle, katiew, Thai boat noodles and other similar noodle soups. Today j decided to have ramen. I ordered the Tonkotsu Spicy Black Ramen from Yoshiharu. I gotta say it's pretty good and tasty. Nice kick of spice but not too bad. Only complaint is the inconsistencies online and at the restaurant front window pricing as it says $17 there, whereas inside I got charged $18.50. The dine in menu inside says $18.50. Other than that it was a very nice ramen.

Ordered Tonkotsu Spicy Black looks great, but lacks flavor. It's a pork bone broth however I was only able to taste the spice in the dish. I had to add some soy sauce, which I never do, to give my ramen a bit of flavor. The size of the ramen is fairly large. Sushi ordered was Service needs work. Never got drink refills until my party and I where ready to leave. We waited about 30 min, waited for to-go boxes, the check, and for the waitress to get the check with payment from us. Mind you there was 3 other tables in the restaurant. Service is slow and not friendly.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR WAISTING UR TIME COMING HERE

From the start this place displeased me. As soon as you walk in you get a whiff of this strong cleaning chemical and it smells so disgusting but eventually you’ll become noise blind; I can only speak for the men but when you head towards the restrooms the smell becomes increasingly worse and it was literally unbearable for me think like a gas station bathroom smell. Enough talking about the smell the bathrooms were also quite disgusting the soap dispenser didn’t even work so they put a hand soap dispenser which can be really disgusting as people are able to open it up and do god knows what to it then put it back as if nothing ever happened so if you come be prepared with hand sanitizer.

As for the workers they weren’t very good at their jobs I ordered a drink and they forgot about it; it wasn’t till the waiter came back after 20 minutes and I had to remind them I ordered a drink for me to get it . The waiters also seem to be very off task taking their sweet sweet time and chatting amongst each other instead of tending to the customers; they weren’t even looking in our direction half the time and to get their attention you had to force it by raising your hand.

As for the food it’s nothing special and could hardly be called authentic. Anybody who has had a delicious bowl of some authentic ramen knows the joy of eating a pork chashu that just melts in your mouth but their pork chashu was hard and rough with barely any good meaty flavor. As for the noodles they were decent but the broth was just slightly better then an instant ramen so if it’s your first time trying out ramen at a restaurant it will be better then instant ramen but it’s leagues behind it competitors I would recommend a chain like Jinya if you’d like a better ramen eating experience not saying it’s the best out there but they make consistently good ramen as i’ve had it in multiple states and it was practically the same in all states. As for the sushi it was horrible it came out luke warm instead of either hot or cold. When a roll is designed to be served hot or cold and it’s not it takes away from the freshness of the sushi and drastically changes the eating experience making the sushi not even worth buying. They also serve drinks in plastic cups which is not necessarily a bad thing but it really shows the ideology of this establishment they cut as much corners as possible buying only the cheapest quality stuff to make the most profit so if you come here you don’t have too spend a lot but just realize ur eating bottom of the...

Came back tonight & again were extremely disappointed. The waitress was rude. We were told that we had to order asap because kitchen was closing (It was 9pm) we understand we came late but we weren't even sat down , she walked away after that we seated ourselves. She then had attitude & again didn't get drinks until we had asked for them again because she kept going back & talking to coworkers. She seemed extremely bothered that we asked for our drinks. Even then 1 order was completely wrong & when we asked to get it fixed she tired to gaslight us into thinking we ordered wrong when we all heard the order being place properly. she refused to accept she messed up & kept arguing with us instead of offering a solution. When we asked her for the order that was missing she again made us feel that we were wrong, & then brings us an order of the gyoza that was missing, & they were FROZEN. it was a complete joke. The food wasn't good at all this time around. Food is good but I would rather have consistent food service at the eastvale location & deal with...

I tired this place for the first time and it was just ok. I ordered the chicken ramen and the chicken was over cooked. My ramen was the spicy level 2 with pork, which was ok. My issue was I ordered spinach noodles as a substitute, and they left a note in my bag that said they didn’t have anymore. Like what kind of customer service is that. Luckily I checked my bag before going home. However I was told I couldn’t get a refund and had to process it thur the Toast app. I was more Irritated because how the situation was handled with the server. I was told to leave my information for the manager to call me back. Which no one called me back. And FYI they usually don’t have spinach noodles because that’s what the server told me , “we usually only have spinach noodles on certain days, welp don’t you think you should have that on the website when ordering. Needless to say , I won’t be...
