Tried this place and I’ll never go back. Ordered a knock off pazookie that basically showed up in a take out box with melted ice cream ALL OVER THE PLACE because they put it on top of it. Which created a slop of soggy demolished cookie, ice cream, and a dot of melted whipped cream. Disgusting but ok? Two “Salads” were both made with brown old nasty rotten lettuce thrown into a gigantic take out container with rotten squished cucumber and tomato I asked to omit. Also wrong dressing/no dressing. The dressing that did come tasted sour. I also ordered a “Corn cheese dip and chips” appetizer which arrived with no chips? So an 13$ bucket I can’t eat. And to add insult to injury couldn’t eat it even if they did send the chips, it was a cold brick in the middle of the bucket and coagulated so whatever cheese or nasty base is in it was curdled in the middle of this bucket-of slop. And IF it was edible what am I supposed to do with that with no chips? I also Ordered pretzels and cheese. They are pretzel bites I’ve bought at Costco. The cheese was cold and again coagulated and hard, not edible. In addition I also got a quesadilla, chicken parm and a burger combo. All of it was stale, cold and seemed old. Like it had sat out for hours until I ordered. Ice cold. Lettuce on my burger was rotten. I ordered it well done. It’s bloody. I spent 130$ including tip for this disaster. When I spoke with that manager, instead of an apology or offer to remake it, The manager just went and straight offered to refund me immediately, like this is the 100th compliant today. I declined the refund explaining I just want them to be aware and DO BETTER. I felt disregarded. This is so easily fixable and could MAYBE be decent if a few people weren't lazy or they tried harder. Or someone was paying attention like the girls in the front gossiping with the waiter who was sitting with his feet up on the chair when I walked in, perhaps this wouldn’t have happened. I hope they fix their business, but I won’t be finding out because I will...
Read moreI went here with my husband and 4 year old son. Our server was very friendly. All of the shades at the restaurant were shut which made me feel like I was in a basement so I kindly asked our waiter if she could open our window shade and she did. We ordered our food and it came out super quick. We ordered nachos, fries, sliders, pretzel bites, and two cocktails. The nachos and fries were huge portions, we couldn’t finish either of them. The pork sliders were yummy! I am pretty picky and I honestly have no complaints about the food. It felt fresh and crafted. The melted cheese for the pretzels felt like it was made in house. I ordered two cocktails. Blanking on the names but the watermelon one was yummy, balanced, and not too sweet. You could tell it was not cheap syrupy cocktails like at other nearby restaurants. The second one was a spicy cocktail that was too spicy and heavy on the liquor so I couldn’t really taste the mango so it felt unbalanced in my opinion, but I let them know and they made me something else. Considering the area is kind of a restaurant desert I would say this is one of the best restaurants to go in the area on a date, to watch a game, go out for brunch, and have a casual drink. I wish they were open later and had events because this area is in high need of places to go out...
Read moreMy family and I had lunch here today. The parking is easy. It's in a new shopping center, everything is fresh and clean. There are TVs (a bit on the loud side, which is the reason for 4 stars for Atmosphere, but that's a personal quirk of mine), a wide variety of beverages, and everything we ate was perfect. We had the pretzel bites (which we devoured too quickly to get a picture). They were fresh, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just divine. I had the brisket & eggs from the weekend brunch menu. The brisket was smokey, but not overly so. Moist. Delicious. It came with Texas toast and was served with a mushroom gravy. I requested a side of their delicious horseradish, which just took it over the top. Others in my party had the Buffalo shrimp "small plate", which came with a ton of rice and four of the largest shrimp I've seen outside of a Vegas buffet; four Angus sliders, which were so good he talked about them all the way home; and the garlic chicken & veggies. I snagged a couple of the veggies: they were fresh and crisp. We will definitely be returning.
ETA: Totally forgot to mention the stellar service. We were frequently checked on, and the staff was friendly without being...
