Working out at this place is like following wedding vows... for Richer or Poorer... They want to become richer as we become poorer. They consistently bug you about hiring personal trainers, bring another person to join, etc.... In Sickness and Health... They need to pay more attention and control the cleanliness of their establishment. Their lack of caring allows people to utilize the jacuzzi or pool without showering. I have seen too many people go directly to the jacuzzi from the sauna and steam room on a daily event. My health, along with many others are at risk because this place is too lazy to purchase proper signage to advise to properly shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi. They need to place signage at the pool showers that prohibit people from utilizing shampoos, oils, conditioners, etc. I have already slipped twice due to the slick residue left by those products. I do applaud them for removing the towel service. Now there aren't any dirty wet towels left inside the locker room, showers, steam room or sauna. I don't applaud them for not giving us a discount on that service that is no longer available. One of the reasons I upgraded to this location was they sold me on the fact that they had that service available. If they are still collecting the money... At least buy proper permanent signage that is desperately needed. The cheap printed out paper doesn't do it for me. One... it looks unprofessional... Two... most people don't even read them because it is usually informing about a new swim class, hire a trainer, discount on gym gear, etc. Till Death to us Part... They just keep bugging us to death about bringing in more members. This type of sales technique is what is going to cause me to part from this company and seek a better option to work out at. For Better or Worse... They need to work on being better than worse. I am a person who believes in standards and requirements. This location and all other 24 Hour Fitness Centers need to reevaluate their standards and...

I went to this gym for 6 years because it was down the street from me. Now that I've moved and switched to a local LA fitness, I truely realized how much of a ripoff this gym was.

Staff: the employees were nice. They usually just socialize among themselves or are off flirting with some of the clientele randomly in the gym. They will wave hello and goodbye. They are courteous and will answer any questions you have. They were the only real good thing about this gym. Cleanliness: as is mentioned many times in the reviews, the equipment can get very dirty. Granted there is only ever one custodian in a single day it seems who is responsible for the cleaning and no one can realistically expect them to keep the whole gym clean by themselves. The other non-custodial employees will sometimes assist in cleaning and reracking, but not if it takes up their flirtation time. Gym equipment: this was the worst aspect of this gym. While there is definitely a surplus of equipment to use, having access to actual working equipment is the real challenge. If any machine breaks, expect it to take literal weeks for it to be fixed. Want to use use the cables? Well guess what! The ropes are missing and will be replaced...eventually. Ventilation: when you're working out, it is essential that you're breathing in an adequate amount of oxygen. Don't expect that here when it's crowded and hot. But don't other gyms have this issue? No! Having toured many gyms or toured other 24hr gyms, this is not always an issue.

I was robbed while I was taking a shower. My locker was broken into and lock was cut off all my belongings were missing. I ran up to the front desk to report it in my wet boxers bc i had no clothing and the staff did nothing. Then the staff told me that thats 3 people in the last 1hr30 that had been robbed! the 24 staff didnt even report it to any members coming in to warn people They told me after the fact all my stuff was missing. "Like Oh yeah, ur 3rd person now.. They just let business go on as usual. I had to call my girlfriend to bring me a pair of clothes and I had to call the police on my own and nobody did anything. My wallet my belongings my money my credit cards my debit cards all gone and now I have a A whole lot of fraudulent purchases that put me in the red in my account and I have to wait over a month to hope to get reimbursed let alone all the cash that I lost in my wallet which was a lot because my profession is a cash only Barber. I literally lost my rent and all they said is there's nothing we can do about it. It's a criminal issue We have no cameras in the bathroom. I asked them to refund my membership fee and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Do you know how embarrassing it is to walk out into a middle of an establishment in nothing but wet boxers soaking wet when you are a 260 lb man and If 24hr corporate actually cares i would love for them to contact me (720) 636-2o39...
