Always check your orders before leaving the Drive-thru. We go here often and about 1/3 of the time they don't get the order correct. Only go inside if you have no other choice.
The last time they got it wrong, we decided to walk-in the restaraunt. The staff was disorganized and an employee who was visiting/off the clock was yelling and talking to the staff. She was there the whole time we were, still there after we left. It happened to be a long wait, they did not seem prepared for walk-in's. No one at the register, so we had to wait.
Being a person who likes second chances, I went into the restaraunt again yesterday.
There was a man trying to collect a birthday coupon. It took over 15 minutes for the lady at the counter to figure out what to do and she was openly showing her frustrations.
The poor man was so appologetic, it was his birthday after all. The server was harsh.
When it was our turn, she was straight out rude. She did not seem to know how to work the register or know the menu, then she demanded exact change.
I did not have exact change. I could see in the drawer that she had enough coin, so I got close. It was not more than a dollar, but she unapologetically shorted me.
If I was going to protest, I could not. All at once she started scolding the birthday man again, shut the change door, tossed me the receipt and table card, and started to take the next order.
She didn't even give me a chance to put my wallet away or pick up the table card. Usually drinks are served when you order them, but not this time. She spoke to the next customer right through me.
When the order came, not suprisingly, the drinks were missing. We told someone else and it was fixed.
When they get the orders right, the food is good--fries are hot. When the orders are wrong, they always make ammends. The location is good, parking bad. There is so much potential. I really hope we just caught them on bad...

Janet, the manager, is ver sarcastic and not professional handling a simple confrontation for no reason. There were 2 lanes open, but according to her, there were cones blocking the lane, but when I got to the intercom, she sarcastically told me, "Don't you see the cones? that Lane is closed, but yet she answered. She made me go all the way around to go to the other lane, I was still calm and I kindly asked her there are cars coming and I can't go around and loose my spot in line I just want happy meals for my kids that's all and if she can just take the order on the window but here we go with sarcasm again. THE CONES ARE THERE, AND YOU NEED TO GO AROUND. Just like that. My wife was inpatient already, and if she could just apologize or at least take the order at the window, we could avoid customers' frustrating situations. We approached to the window and she right away said "I CAN'T TAKE YOUR ORDER" we didn't know she (JANET) was the manager but wife asked her "do you like your job? and here we go with her entitled attitude "No I don't like my job! And she just closed the window. Here comes another employee named Maria, I can tell they are family relatives. I asked Maria for the managers name and she simply refused to give it to us. And kids are still in the car with no food. All that time wasted, they could've given us the kids' food, but no, they were still very rude and entitled. Are they getting $20 an hour to treat customers like this? I don't think it is fair, but I am filing a report in a certified letter directly to their corporate office. Hope they can learn the lesson on how to treat customers and descale simple and non- sense...
Read moreWent to this place this afternoon to get lunch while shopping at Home Depot and then found out that we are not able to Walk in to place order and when we got inside we were told that they are not accepting any payments in the dining room only online orders. only the drive through was open packed with cars one lane open .so line was 2x longer . However the two customers in front of me were able to place their order at the counter and served no problem. How can this be considered fast food and how can this be a reasonable way to serve customers. I wish I could say that it's worth zero stars and that their food is not worth the wait I will no longer eat at any other McDonald's at all. Ever again I'm telling my family and my friends not to do the same I think you'll find a way out of American fast-food chain very shortly. The CEOs and the corporate shareholders should be ashamed of the ridiculous rules that some of these places implement they're not necessary. And I think that each manager and store is doing whatever they want to....
