In response to trying other pies, I tried the vegan lentil one and it was tasty. I left the three star review because I did request if other pies could be accommodated for my allergy (which is not an uncommon one) and I was told that that was not something you were willing to do because you did see the market for it, even after I mentioned purchasing large order. I cannot eat about half of the things on your menu and the lack of willingness to adapt your customers reflect my three star review.

You are way off base with your accusation. I never said I do not eat meat. My allergy is egg, and all I asked of you is if you could make a large batch of meat pies without egg wash, and with the vegan pastry you use for the lentil puffs. I was wiling to pay for a large batch, because I know that it can be costly to make changes to your norm. In order to stay open I understand you have to make what the market calls for, so obviously gluten free and vegan are on your menu. She showed us both her hot pies and her display of desserts and we couldn't help but buy from both! We tried the lamington and the Britannia chicken pie. Boy, were both filled with flavor! The lamington had a nice hint of vanilla and the coconut shreds were a nice compliment. The Britannia's curry-like flavor was well welcomed and dough was a dessert in itself!
