Before get seating is need to QR scanner to get the menu. They give me paper menu after I had tried few times and doesn't work.
We noticed there are more workers than customers. We gets our orders pretty quick.
Not many choices as other places 20 meats choice 2 Intestine choice 1 shrimp 1 Calamari 9 Sides
I usually get none marinated meat so is limited down to 6 out of 20. Meat quality is okay for the price. Meats have some taste that bother me. Is like taste come kind of chemical. I also taste the same thing on hot tea and salad. I did get few marinated meats but over all the flavors is salty. Maybe, that why table front of meal order sodas.
My niece really like the corn and cheese and I agree with her. Its best sides I had there.
Steamed egg - 1st one was good but 2nd one is a little salty
Korean party noodle soup - white noodle with shredded seaweed and broth is salty
Soft tofu stew - is more spicy than I though. I did not eat much of it
Each person get a bowl of steam rice. There is not purple rice.

Read moreI saw the low reviews were lower compared to other K-BBQs, hoping it was just people overexaggerating. It could be that I went during the labor day Monday, so maybe that affected staffing. The staff themselves, were polite, but they forgot everything.
We asked for straws, they said yes with a smile but never came.
The same for a fork. They smiled and said yes but never came! The same for water refills, "can we get you a a refill of water" yes we do! (never came!)
They were polite and courteous but did not remember us at all. The first server tried to light our fire, but don't think he realized he didn't. We had to wait and call another waiter to light the fire for us :/ all in all lots of waiting.
All in all, I had to get up out of my seat 4-5 times to ask staff to provide us necessities for the meal.
What's worse, is that they did not have to go box/plates/bags. I was out with a friend who cannot eat alot at once, and she wasn't able to take the food home because of this. It was a lot of food wasted, I could have even given it to my dog.
I did tip, and always will at a restaurant but I will never come back. Overall, I would not...
Read moreI recently visited U Grill Korean BBQ in Chino to celebrate my mom’s 83rd birthday, and while the food was fantastic and the experience was a lot of fun, there were a few things that really left a sour taste. First off, the food was delicious—great variety, flavorful, and definitely worth the visit. However, we ran into an issue when we asked to take home the leftovers we had paid for. The staff was rude about it and wouldn’t let us take any home, which was disappointing, especially since we had already paid for the meal.
To make matters worse, the music was so loud that it was hard to have a conversation, which isn’t ideal for a celebratory meal. Another thing to note is that they charge extra if you don’t finish all your food, so we made sure to eat everything we could, but that still didn’t sit right. My suggestion would be to offer a to-go box for a reasonable fee instead of wasting all that good food. It just seems like such a waste, especially when so many people are struggling with hunger.
Overall, great food and fun, but the service and policies could definitely use some...
