Who is Carmen Calloway? Does she even exist? There are no checks and balances at this Chipotle. She should be embarrassed to have her business cards at this location.
If this is a franchise Chipotle should reconsider the agreement with this owner. The (No Pride) employees hide in the back while customers are waiting which is very unprofessional. I felt as if the person helping me on 6/22/24 at 3:16p was being hazed by her coworkers. They allowed her to work the food line, make online orders and attend to a grill filled with chicken which was clearly burning. I witnessed 3 employees come from the back for one reason or another and ignore customers. Mustache man is the ring-leader of this bad behavior…. Not sure if he’s a lead or some type of manager, but there needs to be an investigation on his leadership skills. Talk to your staff one on one, Ms. Calloway.

Read moreHere is an update to my last review below. I attempted to try again and ordered two double protein bowls. Not a half and half but an actual double portion. Picked up my order and both look like they are half the size of the bowl. I don’t get it. If I go in the location they give us the amount that is equivalent to the scoop from the utensil they are using and the bowl is a decent size. I never have to ask for anything additional. When I order online the portions are half that. Not sure why but this is the reason I will not be going back to this location.
I usually pick up Chipotle from a location closer to work because this location ALWAYS gives smaller portions. Since the quarantine I have made a couple of times for the delivery. I love chipotle on its best day food is solid and basic and just great comfort and easy food all all around. I have a couple of complaints. Specifically the guacamole. This is the 2nd time I got guac that was going off and a whole half chunk of un mashed unripe hard avocado. I get it employees get lazy your busy blah blah I work in the resturant industry so I know all the people xcuses that are usually thrown around. But my main pet peeve is the the crusty unscraped dirty plancha. For the love of god clean your plancha. It takes like 3 minutes to used a spatula or some type of plancha scraping device to clean the crusty buring bits of chicken or beef or grease build up. And it’s not just this location that has this dirty plancha issues I have been to locations in Azusa Glendora and it’s the same thing no one cleans...
