Today I waited in the store for 25 minutes for my simple order. Finally got asked what I was waiting on after the 6th person behind me got their order. I told the work, she got my order that was sitting under the heater for 25 minutes and all she said was sorry someone must have cleared your order. Well obviously!!! Goodbye BK I'll drive 10 minutes to McDonald's from now on.
It's been awhile since I've gone to BK. Figured I'd give them another chance. Still giving them a one star because zero isn't an option. Ordered 20 minutes ahead for in store pick up. Arrived 5 minutes late in hopes my order would be waiting for me. I was wrong. Instead they didn't even have my order. I showed them 2 different receipts (website and email) and was told to wait a few more minutes to see if it would pop-up in their system. 30 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready the same crew member walks out to the table I was sitting at and asked me what my order was and that he would upgrade my mediums to larges. Read moreTHE WORST BK IN THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY. Today I waited 14 min for my sandwiches. Yes, I watched the clock. I go back in and there was no one around. A person in the lobby had to get someone. The cashier said it wasn’t 14 min and I said yes it was lol. I’m not going to lie. She basically called me a liar and never apologized. Here my food was sitting on the counter, not under the heat lamp. I asked for my money back. Customers will not tolerate this type of service.
Then last week I waited like 5 min for my food and got to work and a sandwich was missing an egg. I called and the person , named Brett or Brent, I think manager?, was so rude. I was having a conversation and he would snidely interject and say you’re interrupting me and other snotty responses. If someone is having a conversation, it’s ok to say something when you pause. The rudest “person” ever. These people obviously hate their job. Never crack a smile, are blunt and they don’t know how to say thank you. If you are miserable, go somewhere else. They messed up our order and and put tartar sause on the Whopper Jr. Sandwiches, the mushroom and Swiss melt. Was not made right either,It came out with the mushrooms cold on the burger and not toasted bun. So I went back into the store and asked them if they could remake me it because the burger was hot but the mushrooms where cold and the bun was not toasted. This time I was watching the process and got my burger back nice and hot and I asked them to please make sure the mushrooms where not cold. The young man at the window and register was polite .
