Unfortunately, the experience we had at this particular Taco Bell last night, ruined Taco Bell for me now. It was our first time visiting this particular location and it was just weird and awful from the beginning. We went through drive about 9:15pm last night, looking for the family like pack of tacos that used to come with like 10 or 20 tacos back in the day and were amazing. We pulled up didn't see it on the menu. Also didn't know what it was actually called so I asked if they still sell the big pack of tacos that come with like 10 or whatever tacos. They said the party packs and yes they still sell them. Told us there was a 30 min wait on beef and would have to pay more if we wanted to choose a different protein. We said ok. firs thought about stake but then asked if we could just wait for the beef. They said ya and said they'd have us pull around to the front to wait. We were still deciding what else we wanted but then the guy said we need you to pull head. So feeling rushed we did. They didn't asked soft shell or hard shell or ask for sauce or anything. We pulled ahead the guy made it weird as i handed him the card and he said " actually we'll just have pull around to the front for 30 mins and then take your payment so they're made fresh. He even looked at the clock and told us to come back at 9:43. We pulled around, went over to festival foods to pass the time. Came back and went through the drive thru again and to the window. The same guy just stared at us oddly . He opened the window and he acted like he didn't know who i was. They weren't that busy either. I explained he said oh ya I just didn't here the beep or whatever he said . It was already weird so i just accepted it. I went to pay and I asked if he could make those soft shell because they never asked us anything of the sort nor if we wanted any sauces . He gave me another odd look and said in an iffy kinda way like he didn't want to " sure I can do That" I said ok thank you and he told us to pull around to the front by the doors and they would bring them out. We did and waited , had to of been at least 20 mins. Another guy brought them out. we drove home. on the way home, we decided to have a taco expecting a nice soft shell taco bell beef taco but instead ended up with 12 terrible sad hard shell tacos that had over cooked tasteless beef , little to no filling nor cheese or lettuce in a box with no napkins , no sauces , no quality or respect for the food itself. Seriously, This shouldn't have been this terrible and awkward at all. It was pretty simple. I should've pulled up, greeted, ask about the party pack , answered about if they sold it or not. informed about the wait on beef(which I was ) asked soft shell or hard asked if I wanted any hot or mild sauce , asked if that was all . and if not given time to think, greeted at the window, notified of the wait again if agreed upon, given instructions to drive around for the estimated wait time apologized to for the wait, when time was up greeted again buy the cashier , told the beef was ready and they were in the process of making the order( should've already been working on the big order ) transaction completed , food brought out in a timely manner , apologized to again for the wait and told to have a nice night or something along those lines. Unfortunately instead we ended up with a complete and embarrassing awkward disaster and twelve sad wrongfully made tacos that I'm not sure the racoons would even bother with. I hope they're not doing this kind of thing or disappointing other customers like this. This experience has ruined Taco bell for me now. If they didn't want to make the tacos or sell them then should've of said they couldn't instead of destroy the brand name like they did last night. I would've rather went home empty handed than have to leave a terrible...
Read moreWe go through the drive through and the girl taking our order was extremely rude and kept interrupting everytime we tried to explain the order, completely missed the last soda even tho she said okay to it, she wouldn’t even make eye contact with us or hardly said anything when handing us back the card or our food we had to remind her about the last soda and she rolled her eyes. They didn’t give us the cinnamon twist and left it on the counter until we turned around to grab it. The food was horrible, my friend ordered a bean rice and cheese burrito which was more or less just a bean burrito and nothing else, my cheesey Gordita crunch was smothered in lettuce which had a really bad taste to it like chemical taste, which was the same for my boyfriends tacos the lettuce was absolutely disgusting for everyone but even his onions were dumped onto the tacos and they had a chemical taste. The hard shell in a Gordita crunch I had custom to be a Dorito shell it was the normal color of the shell but literally tasted like a hard shell but also with a weird after taste. Over all disappointing with this Taco Bell sad that your employees are extremely...
Read morei usually do not write reviews and i am one to let things go but, i’ve been here a few times and everytime theyve got my order wrong and have made us pay more for the things that were out of our bag. but, first of all the workers are just rude. one guy was giving me an attitude over the speaker and i let it go, i figured he had dealt with bad customers, but then he was mean at the window too.. i kept being polite. he had the window open and he was taking another’s persons order as i drove up and was being rude to them too rolling his eyes as he was talking to them and his coworker said something snobby about them tha i heard because the window was open. terrible experience, so unprofessional, and they got my boyfriends and i’s order wrong once again (they’ve never gotten it right) but i figured i was sick of this experience and this was my breaking point, because ive worked fast food before, so i know how it feels.. it sucks.. but if you hate ur job that much that ur being mean to customers who don’t deserve it.. go work somewhere else?? LMFAO, don’t make everyone else’s day miserable?? idk, just my...
