It’s getting to be a common occurrence that my order is dropped by my DoorDash driver because your employees tell them that they’re not going to do my order until they clear out the lobby. That is not the way this is supposed to work. My order was in before anyone who was standing in that lobby Before the driver ever gets there, my order had been placed for 15 minutes probably. I have had my delivery driver dropped my order twice this week alone and again today because they were told they weren’t going to do the delivery orders until they cleared out the lobby. I don’t know why you don’t consider us customers. I guess I have to do my orders to Burger King on McDonald’s do at least three a week for breakfast. I like Hardee’s more, but I don’t like the fact that they are perfectly happy giving my order to the point that the drivers will drop my order because they’re not going to wait that long. I went to the Hardee's on 103 Roanoke Road around 8:45 AM to the Drive Through and ordered two Sausage and Egg Biscuits with Mustard and the total was $5.65.I gave the cashier $11.00 and told her that the drive through menu board was broken and she smarted off to me by saying that she has been told that all morning and there was nothing she could do about it. And I said ok I was just letting you know and she continued to get smart with me. So I gave her my money for the two biscuits which came to $5.65 so I gave her $11.00 and she gave me back 35.cents back saying that I only gave her only $6.00 dollars and still continuing with a attitude so she called the manager who was very friendly and apologized for the behavior of the cashier and gave me the rest of my money back. Just ordered two bacon cheese thickburgers around 5:30pm. Got home and: no bacon, plus cold dried out everything. Seriously, the meat was desiccated, the cheese was going hard and translucent at the corners, and the bun was falling apart to the point I'm guessing it was left over from lunch, possibly yesterday. Oh well, I can't be arsed to drive back and complain. Based on other reviews, I doubt it would do any good.
